Location: You will have a geographical area based from where you live so this isn't crucial. This position is covering Cheltenham/Gloucester and the broader area.
Salary: £17.50 per hour with an exceptional career progression plan to increase your hourly rate to £18.90. About the Regional Facilities Manager role

• To oversee the Facilities Management of allocated properties within the Adults Division. • Be a part of the wider FM team consisting of 15 Regional Facilities Managers across the group and over 200 maintenance, site managers and craft team members.

You will manage the compliance management information system along with any developments of it, along with coordinating compliance calendars, analysing trust wide reports, producing detailed reports for our trustees which supports the Trust to ensure that all schools are compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements. What we're looking for:

We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality service to residents. This physically demanding role requires you to work outdoors year-round, in all weather conditions, while maintaining accurate records and sharing best practices to continuously improve our service. You will also need:

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
• Ideally hold NPTC or Lantra qualifications in brush cutter, pedestrian mower, ride-on mower, hedge cutter, and PA1 and PA6 for pesticide spraying (training available)
• A strong understanding of health and safety and COSHH requirements
• To be comfortable with basic IT and mobile devices (training provided)
