What You’ll Do

You'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.

• Manage project tasks including hardware and panel design, PLC and HMI programming, SCADA design, power distribution design, and all associated project documentation
• Manage project execution including proposal preparation, estimating, scheduling, resources, staffing, contract negotiation, order processing, quality control, customer satisfaction, and project set-up
• Ensure the proper use of company facilities (plant and equipment)
• Lead, develop and grow the controls & automation business in the local office and region; cultivate and
• maintain relationships with key client contacts
• Mentor and guide professionals; provide feedback, evaluation, training, and career development guidance
• Participate on councils responsible for overseeing and adopting firm-wide standards
• Handle strategic business planning and development of annual vision plans for the controls & automation group
• Work with the recruiting team to identify and hire professionals into the controls & automation group
• Provide quarterly reporting to the office partners and regional partners
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure proper reporting of the controls & automation group activities
• Convey a positive image of Barry-Wehmiller Design Group and support the development of a strong culture consistent with our Guiding Principles of Leadership
• Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of ten years of experience in developing and providing automation solutions for the consumer products or industrial design industries
• Experience designing electrical control systems and programming automation systems for process applications
• Proficiency in Rockwell hardware and software solutions
• Experience with Siemens, Wonderware, and GE software/hardware (preferred)
• Experience in food & beverage, pulp & paper, or other industrial industries (preferred)
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of management, clients, and vendors
• A willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventions
• A bachelor of science in electrical engineering is preferred, but consideration will be given to other engineering degrees based on relevant experience

Our Small Business Officer (SBO) is responsible for acquiring new mass small business relationships and proactively developing and retaining high potential business banking relationships with lending needs up to $100,000. Assists assigned retail branches with achieving mass small business goals and partners with retail team members to coach and train on acquisition strategies, retention tactics, and customer inquiries related to mass small business. Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary represents BMO Financial Group’s hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role. The Associate Director (AD) Transmission Planning-Energy Markets West plays a key role in developing, proposing, and delivering solutions related to Transmission Planning, especially focused on the changing industry dynamics as part of a clean energy future. This AD Transmission Planning position is a highly challenging role that draws heavily upon all of the analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills essential to delivering effective regulatory and general strategy consulting engagements. It is essential for the AD Transmission Planning to have the ability to assume complete ownership of significant West Energy Market projects while at the same time being a part of and leading a team. The AD Transmission Planning will also function as a consultant and must organize their own tasks and schedules in conducting substantial business analyses and delivering high-quality, client-ready work.  As our clients are often large with complex systems, the AD Transmission Planning must demonstrate considerable poise and business maturity to perform effectively and add value in the client environment. The AD Transmission Planning must effectively represent and advocate for Guidehouse and our clients in multiple industry forums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transmission planning (and operations) strategy and solutions focused on coordinated operations, infrastructure resilience, and reliability assessments
• Lead projects for key accounts in the United States, primarily located in the Western Interconnection
• Represent clients at industry groups, including WECC, WestConnect, and other regional groups
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for compliance matters/obligations

What You Will Need:

• Due to nature of client engagements, must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or power systems engineering
• 7-15 years of professional working industry experience excluding internships, co-ops, research, and fellowships
• Experience as a consultant (external/Internal) or management consulting in the utilities industry to include experience working directly with clients
• Knowledge of ISO/RTO operations and functions within the major interconnects of the United States
• Experience with WECC and other regional planning agencies
• Familiar with FERC, NERC, and state regulatory requirements and processes
• Demonstrated technical understanding of various power systems engineering tools such as PSLF, PowerWorld, PSSE, PowerGem Tara, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of transmission system from a planning and operations standpoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel

The Director, CTS Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) oversees global business planning, financial analysis, and insights for Cubic Transportation Systems. What you will do

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Installation Operations Manager and Project Managers with coordination, ordering/sourcing of equipment, scheduling of manpower and the following other duties as assigned.

In collaboration with Non-clinical Project Leaders, the RPM continues driving implementation of non-clinical pharmacology activities through registration.

• The RPMs will be responsible for keeping project information (e.g., goals, milestones, governance) up-to-date in Oncodash by working together with Research Project Leaders and Nonclinical Project Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage strong project management and facilitation skills to optimize team meetings and drive effective governance interactions and decision making.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree with minimum 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development. 

• Experience should include 2+ years in a direct project / program management role

• Strong knowledge of the drug discovery activities especially research and development experience for small molecules required.

• Solid understanding of drug development and commercialization.

• Project management foundation and relevant experience on matrix management, budget management, metrics, and leadership communication.

• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information to a broad audience and demonstrated ability to interact directly and productively with team members and management and to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities is also required.

• Ability to lead and engage in complex scientific discussions to develop/summarize clear follow-up/action plans and execute.

• Strong experience with building relationships, leading strategic initiatives, and programs, and collaborating across divisions with people of diverse business backgrounds and cultures.

• Highly organized and motivated individual with the ability to work independently/effectively with cross functional matrixed teams.

• Comfort with ambiguity, driving change and innovation across a matrix.

• Experience using Project Management software to manage complex program timelines and resources (MS Project, Smartsheet).

Qualifications:

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of CMS Compass Program or equivalent knowledge and experience – required.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes and loan documentation, and supporting policies, procedures, and technologies.
• Strong experience with customer sales and service.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary represents BMO Financial Group’s hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.

Base salary is one component of BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package for employees, which may include performance-based incentives, commissions or discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards. The Opportunity

All 2024 Adobe interns will be ‘co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office, so they can be on-site as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Review existing workflows and processes for Support and identify ways we can be more agile with the Supportability and Readiness process.

• Work with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Sales, GTM, PMM, etc.) across selected DMe products (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud) to understand current roadblocks in adhering to support readiness processes and address them.

• Partner up with global Support teams to incorporate localization efforts into current readiness processes.

• Explore ways for customers to self-resolve issues related to releases.

• Investigate possibilities of implementing an agent tracking system within Support CRM tools to ensure completion of enablement.

What You Need to Succeed

• Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent field required.

• 0-2 years of experience in a Consulting, Analyst, or similar position.

• Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September.

• Ability to understand business process workflows and Customer Support experiences. 

• Strong negotiation skills to persuade at the Manager or Director level, while sometimes dealing with ambiguity. 

• Strong writing, editing, and oral communication skills. 

• Strong organization/project management and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and focused on exceeding expectations.

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver high quality work while adapting to change.

• Known to work with offering new ideas and tools, and executing on those ideas.
