Reporting to: Site Manager
Hours of work: Average of 42 hours per week working a shift pattern that includes, days, nights and weekends.

Principle Function: You will be working as part of a team of security professionals, providing for round the clock security and safety of our clients site in Kidderminster.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following;
• Working in partnership with the clients team to deliver a high quality security service.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the site.
• Providing an initial response to incidents of fire, or other emergencies on site.
• Carrying out security patrols as required.
• Providing access control and ensuring that site visitors follow the correct signing in and induction process.
• Monitoring the CCTV system and responding in accordance with the site instructions.
Skills, experience and abilities required include;
• SIA license is essential.
• Ability to pass fire warden training.
• Ability to understand and follow method statements, risk assessments and other work instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
You will be expected to work within safety rules at all times and report any safety issues or concerns to your line manager.
To respond to Management and Client requests appropriately.
To take appropriate action in the event of finding security issues.
To report any health and safety concerns.

Payment:
This is an hourly paid role requiring the use of a clocking machine.

We are looking for a Apprentice Fire and Security Engineer to work as a member of the Mitie Fire & Security Systems Operations Field service team. You'll ensure effective delivery of PPM, Reactive calls and additional Small Works, ensuring compliance with all Legal and Regulatory requirements.

You will also be expected to actively attend and participate in any company-initiated training to maintain an up to date knowledge of technical aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience with PPM, Accident Reporting, or RAMS, alongside following Health and Safety Legislation, preferably in the engineering field. Sharing technical and problem-solving abilities and knowledge with colleagues alongside an ability to take initiative and work with little supervision is also ideal.

Job Overview

Reports to: Fee Earner

Location: Redditch, UK

Main Purpose:

To provide secretarial and administrative support to a Fee Earner in the Family Department.

Key Tasks (not an exhaustive list):

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and managing a personal caseload in relation to civil litigation, debt recovery and enforcement across all Directorates of the County Council.

ROLE: Legal Clerk

LOCATION: Worcestershire

RATE: £14-£15ph

CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 month rolling

Key duties include:

• Providing a comprehensive debt recovery service to the County Council in a wide range of highly complex commercial, contractual consumer and statutory debt recovery cases with minimal supervision, on behalf of all of the Council's Directorates
• Recovery of Adult Social care debt including residential and non-residential care fees
• To assist, provide advice and represent the County Council in a wide range of Educational matters.

• A legal qualification or relevant experience
• Ideally experience in debt recovery and enforcement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your new role
You will provide administrative support a specific division in the Firm with duties to include:

• Handle new client enquiries on the telephone or in person and dealing with queries
• Closing and updating files and other records on the database
• Maintaining the storage of files
• Allocating post to the appropriate persons
• Supporting with the chasing of clients for payment of costs/ disbursements
• Filing and scanning of documents
• Diary management
• Undertake basic drafting of documents and due diligence where needed
• Any other duties and assistance commensurate to the role, as required from time to time.

This role is full time working Monday to Friday in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in the legal sector, or a similar role will be highly desired. Other requirements are:

• A proficient level of literacy and numeracy and experience MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience of data entry and/or text processing
• Touch and audio typing experience desirable
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative alongside team working skills
• Organised and methodical with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• An understanding of and adherence to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.
