Key Role:
Act as an assistant System Administrator Security Manager (SASM) for the US Marine Corps. Provide programmatic, security and administrative support to analyze and implement security policies and planning procedures to protect classified information. Leverage subject matter expertise on the operational Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) system with privileged access to implement enhanced exchanges of information, customer service, and ensure improved productivity. Provide technical advice and assistance relative to security policies and procedures to the sponsor and affiliated agencies. Review security policies and instructions and recommend changes to program security policies, instruction manuals, and standard operating procedures to conform to national and DoD requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-1 year of experience with compartmented command and control systems, such as Planning and Decision Aid Systems (PDAS)

-Knowledge of DoD Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) security policy, regulations, and procedures
-Knowledge of Special Access Program (SAP) program security policy, regulations, and procedures
-Knowledge of security manager programs and procedures

Job Specific

• Performs Security Office, Employee Entrance and Patrol operations as outlined in the Standards of Performance Manual for Security Officers
• Thoroughly understands all Hotel Emergency Response Procedures and is able to respond appropriately to all situations
• Monitors/controls access to all facility employee entrances, ensures that only authorized individuals enter
• Maintains a visitor sign-in/out log and issues temporary passes to visitors/vendors

En quoi consiste ce rôle :

1. Mise en œuvre et maintenance de la sécurité SAP :

• Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et maintenir les politiques de sécurité SAP, les rôles et les autorisations.

Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) is seeking a dynamic professional to assist with the coordination of the day-to-day operations and activities for the Housing Assistance Program (HAP) team.  This position reports to the Program Compliance Supervisor (HAP Program Manager).     

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Conduct monthly reviews of the certification process to ensure initial or continuing eligibility for HAP program participants housed in scattered site units throughout Baltimore City.
• Provide Technical Assistance to the MOHS HAP program staff as needed. 
• Coordinate with MOHS fiscal staff to ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly housing and utility subsidies for HAP program participants. 
• In conjunction with immediate supervisor, plan, develop, and coordinate long-range program goals and activities of the Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA) program and other housing programs such as Ryan White Part B-State Special Funds.

• Conducts preliminary investigations in hospital related incidents related to visitors and patients.  Works closely with local law enforcement agencies when the need arises, Maintains accurate records of daily activities. Reports all unusual incidents and criminal activity on incident reports. Takes reports of vehicular accidents, criminal offenses and suspicious activity occurring on hospital property.

• Maintains the facility's lost and found. Secures valuable property to ensure that it is not lost, tampered with, or stolen. May be required to transport money to and from designated bank. Morgue pickups and release to Funeral Homes and Coroner. Assist with the air ambulance landing.

• Monitor and review security cameras and alarms.

• Other duties as assigned.

The Pratt Library is seeking a focused, alert, customer service-oriented individual with good communication skills to join our Security team. The Security officer will help to enforce laws, rules and regulations, and maintain order in the Enoch Pratt Free Library's branches, departments, and on the surrounding grounds.

Applicants must be able to be work at various Branch locations and work a flexible schedule, particularly late afternoons, evenings, and weekend hours.
Work conditions involve occasional exposure to inclement weather and physical violence. This position reports to the Security Officer Supervisor.

Starting Salary: $40,572

Summary of Duties:

• Patrol Central Library and/or Branch Library buildings and grounds for safety and security hazards. 
• Inspect Library buildings (public departments, public reading areas, stacks, public restrooms, entrances, exits, parking areas, machinery rooms, roof, etc.) in accordance with assigned schedules. Make final evening check for security and closing of library buildings.
• Enforce Library rules and regulations; observe movement of people entering and leaving the building; maintain order among crowds such as Circulation Desk lines, door checker lines, and auditorium programs.
• Write detailed reports as necessary.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED. Must at least 18 years old and have at least 1 year of security, law enforcement or military experience. Must also possess a valid driver's license.

Licenses, Registrations and Certificates:

• Knowledge of law enforcement principles and practices. 
• Knowledge of the laws of arrest. 
• Knowledge of techniques of criminal investigation. 
• Knowledge of the court system and procedures. 
• Knowledge of the operation and use of security equipment. 
• Ability to read and interpret laws, policies, and regulations. 
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate databases. 
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of people and agencies. 
• Excellent writing skills.
