Job Description:

• Marketing of security manpower & technology services
• Develop marketing plan and follow marketing schedules to reach out to potential clients by market segment
• Arrange meetings with potential clients to make introductory presentations and understand their requirements
• Attend site show rounds and prepare tender proposals for submission
• Respond to any sales inquiries and provide a quotation
• Prepare and negotiate the commercial contract with clients
• Developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying, and supporting new sales opportunities, and managing potential cross-selling opportunities with all of the company’s products and services where possible.
• Prepare marketing materials including digital media, brochures, and email advertising
• Prepare weekly reporting e.g. marketing activities, customer database, or sales reporting
• Gathering general market information, conducting the Market/Competitor analysis, obtaining competitive intelligence, producing analysis of potential market share, customer dynamics, and relevant upcoming opportunities.
• Strong understanding of Security Manpower & Systems requirements, market awareness, and established network with both customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

· Part of the team within the Audit Management to implement the Audit Management processes and tools used within the Chief Risk Office.

· Engagement, communication and promotion of the established audit management framework, model and processes to key stakeholders and the broader community.

· Provide secretariat support to the various management meetings.

· Manage multiple audit/compliance tracking.

· Follow-up with audit issue owners to ensure timely completion of corrective and preventive actions.

· Prepare reports and statistics on audit issue status for senior management team.

· Deliver quarterly audit management briefing.

· Administer the Audit Tracking and Reporting System (ARTS).

· Facilitate migration to a new tool for audit issue remediation tracking.

Requirements

· At least 6 years of experience in IT industry with minimum of 4 years of experience in internal IT audits or as primary contact for internal auditors.

· Practitioner who is familiar with assessmentof IT General Controls, security framework, regulatory requirements for CII or IT security policies.

· Ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.

· Ability to work under a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Good inter-personal and stakeholder engagement skills, professional writing skills.

· Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

· Strong in data analysis. Able to translate raw data into management summaries (charts, dashboards, etc).

· Professional certification such as CISA, CIA, CISM, CISSP etc would be an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Liaising with local external counsel to best advise management/board on the legal implications of new and existing products, services and experiences in Asian markets in the medical and consumer product sectors.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to our product teams, management (including senior management), business teams and other cross-functional stakeholders on legal issues impacting products, services and features.
• Advising on, identifying opportunities from and driving regulatory product change.
• Managing and advising on all regulatory compliance matters in relation to personal data protection.
• Updating terms and conditions with regards to new products, services and regulation.
• Work with external counsel on fundraising legal documents including those that cover convertibles/SAFEs
• Maintaining and creating repeatable, efficient legal advice processes.
• Helping to manage legal budget and cost controls where required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fully qualified lawyer with excellent academic credentials . At least six or more years of post-admission experience practicing as an attorney at a regulatory agency, in-house, or at a reputable law firm.
• Good expertise in Asia medical and related consumer product regulation.
• Ability to identify relevant business and legal issues proactively, evaluate the risks and find creative solutions particularly to novel situations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, tolerate change and ambiguity, and to take ownership of projects and tasks.
• Collaborative team player, adept at working with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
• Flexibility to work with colleagues across Asia and to accommodate calls and deadlines aligned to their time zones.
• Strong communication skills. Ability to explain complex legal concepts and requirements to a range of audiences.
• Excellent English language skills. Other Asian languages are a plus.

The Supply Chain Security Regional Program Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will develop and manage regional supply chain security strategies, programs, and projects. Essential Functions:

• Develop and manage scalable and consistent comprehensive supply chain security programs, strategies, and project-based initiatives for designated regions.
• Assess the supply chain landscape and recommend modifications to security plans and supply chain security operations at both the regional and global level;

• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats within the supply chain that could lead to leaks, loss, or possible damage to the client's assets.
• Create operational plans to execute supply chain security risk mitigation solutions effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, stakeholders, freight forwarders, distribution centers, refurbishment centers, 3PL partners/vendors, and the client's Trade Operations, Legal, Risks Management teams, to ensure alignment with supply chain security objectives.
• Maximize partnerships with internal and external management staff from business teams across verticals that include Engineers, Logistics, Customer Service, and other 3PLs.
• Conduct on-site audits of vendors and transit lanes where the client's product is regularly moved and/or stored, manufactured, or developed.
• Implement a metric collection process to analyze and evaluate data captured to measure scale of growth, support, resource management, and performance.
• Partner with external service providers to leverage cargo security resources and to monitor compliance with contractual security requirements.
• Assist with global trade security programs such as C-TPAT and participate with others in global and regional trade security initiatives.
• Implement continuous improvements within the supply chain program and design security program process structure and flows to support various projects.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least eight years of supply chain security or freight forwarding operational management experience. Skilled in managing complex, multi country supply chain security projects and programs, involving multiple stakeholders while coordinating third party vendors is required. • Provide consultation on day-to-day privacy use case scenarios or provide inputs on tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Responsible for enumerating privacy risks as applicable to the business and translating the privacy requirements/regulations to privacy controls.
• Identify, design, implement, and operationalize the control requirements for complying with various security frameworks and certifications.
• Lead discussions with Product and Engineering teams to understand and map relevant process workflows and document associated technical controls.
• Strengthen the design of key privacy processes and introduce innovative mechanisms to achieve regulatory resilience.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders across engineering, product management, and legal to drive privacy initiatives.
• Proactively identify changing regulatory requirements and appropriately align the product/enterprise infrastructure to accommodate these changes.
• Drive training and awareness campaigns across the organization to build a privacy culture.
