Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the holiday park to always ensure safety and security to our guests, owners and team.
- Assist in the management of park access, ensuring only authorised individuals and guests or owners are permitted on site.
- Respond promptly and professionally to any security-related incidents, such as medical emergencies, alarms, or guest concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, reporting to management as required.
- Provide friendly and helpful guest experiences, assisting with information on guest queries.
- Collaborate with other team members and park functions to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Requirements
- Must hold a valid SIA license.
- Previous experience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry, is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Job Details

• Providing appropriate guarding security services to the business, including assistance, guidance, monitoring and advice on the physical security environment and fire and life safety systems
  
• Maintaining working knowledge of all fire and security related policies and procedures, including CCTV Code of Practice
  
• Providing customer focused Reception services, including issue of appropriate levels of access, ensuring visitor comfort and secure store of luggage
  
• Acting as the primary building incident controller when needed, taking active leadership responsibility for control of the incident team and liaison with the emergency services and Senior Management Team as necessary
  
• Maintaining vigilance of colleague car parking (including surrounding residential areas), actively managing resolution of issues or escalating where required and regularly patrolling and maintaining oversight of the loading bay and external areas of the building
  
• Patrolling the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, monitoring the building infrastructure failures and ensuring the building always remains secure
  

Skills we would love you to have

• Experience in a similar role, with a working knowledge of fire, security, risk and compliance, financial and health and safety policies, procedures and legislation
  
• Experience of operating physical security, fire and life safety systems
  
• Effective communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure - able to direct colleagues of all levels in an authoritative and friendly way to effectively control during an emergency

This role calls for a flexible approach to working times, good communication skills and the ability to provide a first class service to the public.

You will be required to travel between sites and clean to a high standard. The post may involve the handling of money including cashing up, cleaning, liaising with management and carrying out stock takes.

Our cleaners are required to work a shift rotation, which includes, at times late finishing, starting early and working weekends and bank holidays. The sites are open every day except Christmas Day.

To manage a designated Health Visiting Team. Completing the teams 1-2-1s and annual appraisals. To manage the safeguarding dashboard with support from the Professional Leads, ensuring your teams figures are cleansed and workloads managed. Cleveland Police is looking for people with the right skills and abilities to help deliver the vision of the Chief Constable by supporting the identification and use of research evidence along with processes to encourage and embed innovation and continuous improvement.

You’ll be right for this role if you have experience of research methods and/or undertaking research in an academic or policing environment. You will be working alongside colleagues in the Force and from local and regional universities to develop and deliver research proposals and you must have a passion and drive for innovation and creativity and an interest in helping us to improve.

You must have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and face to face along with a logical and methodical approach to managing your workload.

We’re a busy Force, with lots of change, so you must be able to work to demanding timescales with conflicting demands. You must be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and on your own initiative.

You should be able to demonstrate excellent research and analytical skills, with a clear ability to translate your findings into clear and concise corporate documents.
