Civil Enforcement Officer

Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Civil Enforcement Officer (also known as an on-street parking attendant or traffic warden) to join our Transportation team.

You will be patrolling local roads and streets and key car parking locations, advising the public of where they can park safely and securely, issuing enforcement tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles, reporting suspected abandoned vehicles, and dealing with enquiries from the members of the public.

Experienced SIA Security Guard required for our client based in the Royton area on a temporary ongoing basis.

Your role as a Security Guard will include:

- Ensuring the site is secure
- Acting as a deterrent for any suspicious activity
- Reporting any suspicious sightings
- Regular patrolling of the site
- Reporting of visitors and issuing passes
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Completing relevant paperwork


Your shifts as a Security Guard will be:
Sunday to Wednesday, 6.30pm to 6.30am


Your rate of pay as a Security Guard will be £11.44 per hour

A valid, in date SIA badge will be required for this role. Candidates with previous Security experience within distribution and logistics will be considered for this role.

To work as a member of a corporate workstream for an identified District of High Schools and Primary schools. To manage the defined workload, using a public health approach to provide and maintain a high quality service that promotes the physical and mental health of the school aged population and their families.

To lead to the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme 5–19 and co-ordinate the delivery of public health interventions for the post holders assigned schools under the direction of the Team Leader. Job Overview:

Mitie is looking for Retail security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.



You must hold a current SIA licence or valid SIA certificates (licence can be provided) and a full 5-year checkable employment/education history.



Main duties:

-To deliver industry leading customer service

-To deter violence and public order offences

-To conduct patrols of the store
