Initiates action to maintain a maximum degree of efficiency and reliability. Develops new procedures to solve unprecedented technical problems.

-- Ensures the proper use, management, and training of all personnel, consisting of multiple technical disciplines within the flight. The Network Systems flight has 5 subordinate positions. Each branch requires specific technical knowledge and skills in addition to technical knowledge and skills that are common between branches. All subordinate positions are at the GS-11 grade level. Ensures that efficient position management is practiced and that position descriptions of subordinates are accurate. Realigns duties within the flight to ensure efficient use of assigned manpower to accomplish unit's mission.

-- Interviews and recommends selection of new employees. Provides training and orientation. Ensures new employees are briefed in their duties and responsibilities. Establishes work performance standards and discusses and assigns annual performance evaluations. Initiates disciplinary actions, promotion actions and step increases. Recommends awards and approves leave. Manages overall personnel program within the section.

-- Provides technical assistance to organizations/units in establishing digital communications requirements. Provides technical input in the form of complete annexes to base, mobility and wartime tasking plans. HOW YOU'LL WORK:
You’ll be responsible for the clinical review and summary of documentation provided during the patient intake process. You will review all clinical notes, orders and/or discharge documents to identify the clinical reasons for a patient’s referral, for the purposes of relaying this information to field-based clinicians prior to the start of care visit via electronic documentation. You’ll review the accompanying face-to-face (F2F) visit documentation to document any gaps in documentation required by Medicare or other insurance companies.

• Review referral packet information and document patient diagnoses and clinical summary notes in the patient’s chart within the EMR.

• Ensure accuracy with coding guidelines and conventions.

• When necessary, collaborate with peers, agencies and referring providers to troubleshoot and resolve documentation questions, issues and gaps and persuade them to change the quality of their current and future documentation.

• Review alignment between patient diagnosis and referring provider Face-to-Face documentation.

• Identify trends and issues in documentation quality and escalate to leadership as appropriate to resolve to mitigate negative consequences for other departments and systems within the company.

We are currently seeking Technical Interns to join our summer 2023 internship program. As a member of our Product Development and/or Product Management team, you will work alongside industry experts in areas such as software engineering, quality assurance, DevOps, database administration and business analysts.

- Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or master's program with a focus in technical study such as computer and information science

-For product development candidates: Demonstrated experience working with a variety of coding languages and frameworks (Engineering candidates will be asked to pass a pre-qualifying assessment)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: packaging and handling machinery, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and HVAC

• Clean, lubricate, and service a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices

• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems

• Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wall paper, and can paint walls, piping, floors and equipment

• Troubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities

• Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance

• Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned.

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, preventative maintenance, etc.

• Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems such as; Fire alarm systems, fire pumps and related fire protection system equipment as assigned

• Perform carpentry and snow removal when necessary

• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work habits

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

Overview:

A Technical Sales Representative’s primary responsibility is to achieve sales goals by creating demand of our products and services through major contractor customers and distributor partners.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Attend training sessions and travel with experienced technical sales reps to learn company products, procedures, culture, and philosophy in dealing with customers.
• Introduce, demonstrate and promote all current and new products.
• Assist and accompany distributor sales personnel in training and motivation at company technical training sessions on periodic basis.
• Evaluate the territory distributor framework to assure sufficient coverage and efficiency and maintain distributor hopper list.
• Maximize market penetration in assigned territory.
• Implement pricing policies within market segments as directed.
• Design and execute distributor-level product promotion programs.
• Maintenance of Project Tracking files and Competitive Pricing files.
• Submit quarterly report summarizing LATICRETE performance and current competitive activity through intelligence gathering.
• Complete follow up on inquiries and leads provided by RSM.
• Investigate, document and report all complaints and claims for service in territory and coordinate same with Technical Service Division.
• Attend annual North America Sales Meeting, and annual trade shows as assigned.
• LataVan participation periodically within assigned territory as required.
