What You Will Do:

Deze rol

In deze rol als Account Manager Food & Beverage Technology ben je verantwoordelijk voor het versterken en uitbreiden van onze marktpositie bij voornamelijk een bestaande klantengroep. Grote klanten in ons portfolio zijn bijvoorbeeld FrieslandCampina, Heineken, CocaCola, DSM, Bavaria, Unilever. Je klanten lopen dus uiteen van grote ijsfabrieken, tot locaties waar bijvoorbeeld hoogwaardige productstromen uit zuivelprocessen verder verwerkt worden, tot waar het vlees verwerkt wordt of waar je verfrissende glas cola geproduceerd wordt. Je wordt van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor het managen van je eigen grote accounts en het behalen van sales doelstellingen. Daarbij ligt de nadruk op ‘consultative selling’: voor onze klanten ben je de technologische expert rondom de processen op hun locaties. Want immers: overal waar gewerkt wordt, moet gereinigd worden, en in een voedsel of dranken productielocatie is dat misschien wel des te belangrijker. Kortom: je bent een als eerst een adviseur, en daarna een account manager. En als je daarbij nieuwe kansen signaleert om te groeien voor ons als organisatie, dan is dat mooi meegenomen - een pluspunt zegmaar.

Een high-level samenvatting van jouw nieuwe rol:

• Je ontwikkelt een sales plan en strategie voor jouw klanten, waarbij je nadenkt over hoe je groei kunt realiseren. 

• Je bent zo’n 4 dagen per week onderweg naar klanten waarbij je een sterk adviserende rol hebt met betrekking tot onze productoplossingen in hun omgeving.

• Deelnemen aan evenementen zoals beurzen om bekendheid te genereren en netwerken op te bouwen.

• Trainingen organiseren bij/met de klanten eventueel in samenwerking met onze engineers of de marketing afdeling.

• Het samenstellen van interessante offertes, onderhandelen en het voorbereiden van het contract.t

• Het verzamelen en vastleggen van sales data in Salesforce. 

Met onze al bijna 100-jaar ervaring ga je aan de slag voor een organisatie met behoorlijk wat kennis- en expertise in huis. Daar zal je ook de vruchten van plukken in deze rol als (technical) account manager. Vanzelfsprekend trainen we je op onze solutions, maar je kan ook altijd terugvallen op een sterk netwerk van collega’s met specifieke expertisegebieden. Denk hierbij aan ons technical sales team, marketing et cetera.

De ideale collega

Zo zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven, zelfstandige collega – iemand die wil en de drive heeft om voor succes te gaan. Je bent sociaal, kan gemakkelijk schakelen met nieuwe mensen, en bent daarnaast ook sterk in het opbouwen van sterke banden met de mensen die je ontmoet. We streven er namelijk altijd naar om voor lange termijn relaties aan te gaan met onze klanten. En heel belangrijk: dat je affiniteit hebt  met hetzelfde type klanten, het liefst gecombineerd met een opleiding levensmiddelentechnologie of chemische opleiding (of op zijn minst de opleiding en enige werkervaring). 

Ervaring met dezelfde type klanten heeft een sterke voorkeur; en als je niet de opleiding hebt, dan is de ervaring (meerdere jaren) met Food & Beverage klanten het belangrijkst. Denk hierbij aan de voedselproductie locaties, vleesverwerking, bierbrouwerijen, zuivelverwerking etcetera - dus de locaties waar het geproduceerd of verwerkt wordt. Heb je dat nog niet, dan is dus de (recent afgeronde) opleiding in de richting van levensmiddelentechnologie (of vergelijkbaar) een vereiste. 

Waarom dat zo belangrijk is? Dat begint bij het feit dat onze aanpak een sterke advies focus heeft. Om dit succesvol te kunnen doen is kennis van de processen in de fabrieken van onze klanten cruciaal. Op die manier ben je namelijk in staat om aanbevelingen te doen over proces vraagstukken gerelateerd aan reinigingsoplossingen (bijvoorbeeld CIP of OPC toepassingen) bij de klant op locatie. Een voorbeeld hiervan is een bedrijf dat hoogwaardige deelstromen uit zuivelprocessen opwekt voor het gebruik in andere (eind)producten. Denk hierbij aan hoogwaardige eiwitten, om deze deze te kunnen maken wordt voor de opconcentratie o.a.gebruik gemaakt van membraanfiltratie systemen. Samen met de klant wordt gewerkt aan robuust en reproduceerbaar geautomatiseerd reinigingsproces, waarbij de meest optimale balans ontstaat tussen productietijd, levensduur van de membranen en reinigingstijd. Specifiek voor membraanreinigings toepassingen is Diversey een speler van wereldformaat. Als het aanspreekpunt voor de klant adviseer je hen hierover, en werk je vaak samen met de klant en je directe collega’s van de Knowledge Based Service afdeling. En dat is precies waarom jouw kennis en ervaring zo cruciaal is in deze rol. 

Enkele praktische zaken:

• Je bent een gesprekspartner op niveau; dat kan blijken uit een diploma, or uit werkervaring.

• Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs (je krijgt een auto van de zaak).

• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, en daarnaast spreek je ook een goed woordje engels (minimaal op B2 niveau). 

• Bij voorkeur woonachtig in een centraal deel van Nederland en niet bijvoorbeeld het uiterste puntje van Zeeland, Limburg of Groningen, omdat je daarmee al veel langer onderweg bent naar je mogelijke eerste afspraak. We sluiten het echter niet uit als je de juiste persoon bent voor deze rol.

DSST Public Schools is looking for a Creative Content Manager to drive online marketing and communications efforts for the network, with a strong emphasis on building the capacity of our schools to effectively communicate and engage with their stakeholders. They will review digital opportunities, aid the marketing team and schools, oversee the annual social media marketing plan and schedule, create social media posts, and coordinate the update of digital assets for DSST Home Office and Schools. The Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and monitoring current social media trends and constantly looking for new opportunities in digital marketing that can help elevate DSST’s brand and drive more engagement with our communities. This unique opportunity will provide exposure to a diverse set of responsibilities and teams as part of a fast-moving organization focused on ending educational inequity in Denver and Aurora.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation

• Create strong branded content on social media and our website using strong writing, design and management of systems.

• Serve as a key member of the DSST Marketing and Communications Team by working collaboratively to build efficient systems and take creative ideas from concept to final product.

• Assist in the creation and oversight of branded assets and communications.

• Contribute to a team approach by accomplishing other duties as assigned (may include development, education, training, etc.).

• Manage social media calendar as well as content and publish, monitor engagement, and report monthly digital platform performance

Campaign Management

• Support in producing digital communications and marketing pieces, including, emails, website copy, and blogs for print and digital.

• Lead content brainstorming, creation, and feedback gathering with the following Home Office teams: DEI, Advocacy, Family & Community Engagement, Alumni, and more

School Collaboration

• Monitor DSST school communications to stay informed about school events and updates; report relevant information back to the broader team.

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for day-to-day implementation of the AI Investment Technical Strategy and yearly priorities, including technical and business objectives. Support AI Investment portfolio senior leadership in validating technical priorities based on trends and demand signal, ensuring individual projects are scalable across clients and developed according to standards and best practices. Assist in defining the AI Investment portfolio technical priorities and will ensure individual projects are in alignment and meeting development milestones throughout the year. Review project submissions, participate in design reviews, ensure documentation standards are met, and identify points of integration and re-use across the portfolio for critical opportunities. Work closely with the investment operations lead and other internal stakeholders within the CTO to ensure financial and programmatic functions are in alignment with investment business objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience as a data scientist, MLE, SW engineer or a technical product manager for data science and AI solutions
• 7+ years of experience in management setting project priorities and leading development teams in successful project execution
• 5+ years of experience with Agile and Kanban development life cycles
• 3+ years of experience supporting public sector clients
• Experience leading analytics, data science, or AI teams, developing team strategy, and ensuring key business metrics are met
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience leading or as a member of an AI R&D organization within the government or private sector
• Master's degree
