The Global Process Lead in Master Data Management (MDM) is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of MDM processes across the organization. • Represent MDM team from master data management perspectives in various forums like PGB (Process Governance Board), CAB (Change Advisory Board), GLE (Global Launch Excellence)/NPI (New Product Introduction) etc.
• Close collaboration with SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) team to provide the required support for existing SAP S/4 HANA ERP application from MDM perspective. Take responsibility of managing MDM systems (Semarchy), associated applications, systems and ensure that underlying data is consistently available to requested business functions/users.

Regional Responsibilities: 

• Connect with business stakeholders in Global and Japan, understand the current master data management processes and develop MDM organization to support Japan business and bring into the common data governance framework.
• Single point of contact for master data management related initiatives and support in Japan for the business transformation project. Work with local business functions, understand the current process and support the transformation into global processes.
• Evaluate the current master data operation support in Japan and explore opportunity to align it with Global data operation support managed by DataOps team.
• Support strategic business transformation project in Japan from master data perspective.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly and ad hoc management reports to support strategic planning efforts.
• Provide data support during meetings and for ad hoc requests as needed.
• Assist in the implementation of digital transformation and process improvement projects.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports, along with detailed analysis of rental income, gross sales turnover, and occupancy costs.
• Conduct annual audits of leases and tenants, manage arrears, and handle tenant-related lease management tasks.
• Input and maintain data in the system, ensuring the lease document database is updated and monitored regularly.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP systems and familiarity with the real estate industry is an advantage.
• You should be meticulous, diligent, highly organized, and demonstrate strong self-initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
