FOR HR (50%)

Assisting HR Lead in the following HR duties:

· Recruitment and onboarding: Coordinates recruitment & selection process, including induction activities. Handle all work passes related application in WP Online and EP Online

· Leave and Payroll Management

Requirement:

The primary purpose of this position is: to assist the Chief, Career Development in administering all aspects of the function. This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position.

Duties:

The HR Systems and Data Team are responsible for the application support and development of the new HR and Payroll System, enabling customers to make full use of the applications. HR Systems Team experts provide leadership and technical advice on system applications to customers, maximising productivity and performance of the system. The Role

Part of the HR Systems team focussing on HR Systems application support and maintenance, enabling customers to make full use of the applications on which service relies.

Responsible for the support and development of HR system. Provision of assistance to the HR Systems team in the production of Management Information and maintenance of HR system.

Some of the responsibilities for this role include:

• Support and maintenance of HR and Payroll System. Providing direct user support to customers.
• Ability to write new reports and amending existing reports on using report browsers, Excel to present data.
• Support the Maintenance of the agreed complement, including the creation and / or updating existing positions and employee data in HR system.
