Budget Guidance and Administration
The incumbent develops the need for and maintains an awareness of available resources, and makes recommendations to FMS management regarding needs, distribution or redistribution of these resources. The incumbent is responsible for a large number of fund control points. Gathers and analyzes budget needs of FMS and initiates all phases of budgeting within administrative requirements. Plans a system of internal control that assures the fiscal management of FMS will be maintained on a sound basis. Direction/Long-Range Planning

Job Description – Service Requirements:
• Undertake Primary Healthcare (PHC) clinics for Military and entitled personnel.
