The Deposits & Investments (D&I) Product Manager for Japan Asia North Australia (JANA) and Asia South (AS) cluster is responsible for the strategy and execution of the global D&I strategy in these clusters. This includes pricing engine rollouts, transformation of time deposits, overdrafts management, earnings credit rates programs, money market fund offerings and interest repricing initiatives. They are the focal point for D&I product management (including risk and control/compliance in the clusters) and work with sales to commercialize D&I solutions.

Responsibilities:

• ​Work with the Global D&I team to define the vision and strategy for D&I solutions in JANA and AS clusters.
• Partner with the Global D&I and with the LMS Cluster team to research client needs/competitor actions.
• Provide input on client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to help D&I achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients.
• Define the product development roadmap for the two cluster and advocate for the cluster at investment spend discussions.
• Oversee execution of product development roadmap for the clusters.
• Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
• Partner with technology and operations to ensure product readiness for new solutions
• Implement the D&I training roadmap in the clusters in order to ensure that sales/RMs and other client facing team are equipped with the latest information about D&I solutions.
• Provide guidance or on-the-job training to new team member.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the D&I Geography team to ensure best practice sharing and global consistency in solutions.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of product management or product development or investment management

Education:

Accounting and financial reporting

• Manage full set of accounts of Singapore entity in compliance with best accounting practices and accounting standards.

• Carry out financial consolidation of subsidiaries.
• Prepare financial reporting according to local and corporate requirements.
• Manage project cost analytics and reporting.
• Oversee accounting transactions booking and financial report preparation by Assistant Accountant.

Audit, tax and banking matters

• Take ownership on internal and external audit, handle inquires from internal and external auditors, tax agent, tax authorities.
• Prepare detailed financial statements and audit-related documentations.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports, annual income tax filing, withholding tax, etc.
• Liaise with company secretary for corporate finance matters.
• Liaise with bankers for letter of credit, banker’s guarantee, performance bond, respond to bank inquiries.

Sales operations

• Prepare Accounts Receivables Aging report and monitoring.
• Perform invoicing and collection matching to accounts receivables.
• Prepare sales orders, revenue, margin and backlog tracking reports.
• Undertake special assignments and project requirements as needed.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA equivalent.
• Preferably with working experience in handling full set account and in-depth knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and Income Tax Acts (ITA).
• Experience in GST and withholding tax is an added advantage.
• Effective oral and written communication, fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with teams (oral and written).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Good accounting system knowledge.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability or ability to start work within a short period is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC Periodic Review for Corporate customers, Financial Institution customers, and Wealth customers.
• Coordinate between relevant parties such as Relationship Manager, KYC Checkers, Compliance team to complete review in timely manner.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders where additional documents needed.
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures when performing day to day activities.
• Coordinate and/or prepare the required management information reporting data as applicable

Clinical
• Carry out a full range of registered nurse duties, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patient’s condition and care with support from the nurse in charge. We are looking for a Locum Consultant with experience in Sleep Medicine/Respiratory Medicine on a fixed term contract for 12 months with a view to a future substantive role. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the teaching, audit and research activities of the Sleep Department and to participate in multidisciplinary clinics. In addition, they will be expected to provide seven sleep clinics per week with associated clinical administration, reporting and discussion time for polysomnography and time for supporting professional development.



The purpose of this role is to help the Sleep department deal with an increasing workload and to provide succession planning with the retirement of existing clinicians. The successful candidate will have experience of and a particular interest in sleep medicine. Candidates will be expected to contribute actively to the management, teaching, audit and research activities of the department.

The Sleep Disorder Centre was established in 1992 and has grown steadily since, now receiving in excess of 5,500 referrals per annum. The Centre is the largest sleep centre in the South East outside London and has a catchement area encompassing the whole of Sussex, much of Kent and Surrey, as well as parts of Hampshire. Insomnia patients travel from much further afield. The centre has a national reputation and frequently receives referrals for second opinions on sleep disorders from other units.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, HRIS to join our HR team. The AVP, HRIS will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support for HRIS-related issues. This role will also provide support to the HRIS project teams to streamline processes and leverage the HRIS system to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR processes and systems, excellent analytical skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide HRIS project team the support to collaborate with other HR practitioners, to identify and implement process improvements using the HRIS system.
• Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and security.
• Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related system or process issues.
• Develop and deliver training materials to HR staff on HRIS system usage.
• Generate reports and analytics using the HRIS system to support HR decision-making and reporting requirements.
• Stay updated on HRIS system updates and new functionalities and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
• Assist with HRIS system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Participated in at least one HR automation project as a project team member
• One year of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, with knowledge on Employee Central is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Good understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations.
