This role involves supporting Lecturers and students in the practical delivery of wet trade skills, including plastering, tiling and bricklaying, The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, effective, and inspiring learning environment, ensuring that students receive the hands-on experience they need to excel.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Assist in preparing materials, tools, and equipment for practical sessions in wet trade areas, including plastering, bricklaying, tiling, and painting.

Workshop Maintenance: Ensure all tools, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained, clean, and ready for use. Carry out minor repairs and coordinate maintenance as needed.

Health & Safety: Monitor and enforce health and safety standards in the workshop. Conduct regular safety checks and maintain accurate records.

Resource Management: Manage inventory of materials and tools, ordering supplies as necessary to support course requirements.

Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students during practical sessions, assisting with techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.
