An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Learning Resource Centres (LRC) Team at Exeter College as a Digital Learning Resource Advisor (DLRA).

The DLRA’s are the first point of contact for visitors to our LRCs. Our DLRA’s also lead on the delivery of Study Skills support for our learners through 1:1 and group support, which includes workshop delivery. The LRCs are an extension of the classroom, and DLRA’s role is instrumental in signposting to a range of online and physical LRC services.

Candidates should be enthusiastic to produce a range of resources that support study skills and digital skills, in varied formats to suit learner need. Candidates would benefit from experience in delivering group or 1:1 support, presentations or workshops, however successful candidates will have the opportunity to complete The Award in Education Qualification.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent IT and communication skills, and be confident when troubleshooting issues for students and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service across a range of contexts to build positive relationships with both learners and colleagues. Candidates will be proactive and confident to work autonomously but will also work well as part of a small team, as well as supporting the wider department as needed.

They will be required to work flexibly including some evenings at college and events.

As a Personal Trainer at our Plymouth Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you're confident, outgoing and approachable. Whether you've been training for a while or just recently qualified, it's important that you've achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). A natural communicator, you're great at listening, understanding and explaining things.

As a Personal Trainer, you will:

Salary is based on 40 hours a week, made up of 32 Hours gym floor with 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, you will drop your gym floor hours to maximise your PT earning potential of up to £36,167.04 OTE.

Whilst on probation all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours, this is to ensure you earn a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earning will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential.

PT sessions have a sliding scale, the more you deliver the more your take home earning potential is.

This brilliant school in Plymouth are looking for full time SEN Learning Mentors to join their primary level site immediately.

Role:
- Roles are available on a full time basis and you will need a full driving license and access to a car due to the wide range of activities both in and outside the school.
- Pay will be between £85-£90 per day depending on experience.

Responsibilities:


- Learning Mentors support students on a 1:1 basis, engaging the students in their main subjects of Maths, English, Science and Art, with each package designed to move pupils back into a long term education setting.
- As well as these subjects you will be supporting students with Outdoor Learning which is around 50% of the school curriculum. This could include attending places such as aquariums, swimming pools, forests, beaches and parks etc.

Requirements:
- The school are open to those with some experience within a TA capacity or those who would love to use their life experience and knowledge to help primary age students in the Plymouth area.
- They need confident, adaptable and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to make a difference to children.
