JOB SUMMARY (Major functions of the position)

The Study Coordinator (SC) is responsible for a variety of activities essential to the conduct of clinical trials at the site. This includes trial start-up activities, ongoing study management, and coordination of trial subjects at every stage of their clinical trial journey. The SC is the main point of contact for trial subjects and the study’s Sponsor. The SC works with the Principal Investigator (PI) to ensure patient safety and the integrity of data collected, in accordance with study protocol requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Carry out day-to-day operations at the site level

a) Trial planning

• Manage and coordinate feasibility studies received from the Feasibility Team, including meetings with new and potential Investigators. Follow up on the completion of feasibility questionnaires within timelines.
• Provide site-related documents and information for Ethics Committee applications.
• Support trial budget review, in association with CRM’s Budget Review Committee (BRC).

b) Trial conduct at site

i) Coordination

• Proactively assist in finding potential subjects/healthy volunteers eligible to participate in the trial by performing pre-screening activities as delegated.

• Collect, process, and ship biological specimens as per trial protocol requirements.
• Manage trial ancillary supplies, including storage, record of resupply, dispensing, and maintaining accountability of the supplies.
• Handle and manage Investigational Product (IP), including receival, storage, record of IP supply, dispensing, temperature excursion reporting, and maintaining accountability of IPs as delegated by the PI.

ii) Data Collection

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of Case Report Form (CRF)/e-CRF and resolution of queries.

iii) Others

• Guide and support Investigators on the payment process of trial budgets, including payment tracker completion, submission, and disbursement.
• Assist Investigators in subject safety management, including timely reporting of Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) to appropriate authorities.
• Maintain essential documents in Investigator Site Files (ISF) for assigned trials and make records available for review.
• Ensure trial practices reflect ethical and legal standards for clinical trials, including reporting conflicts of interest.
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines provided under the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 and Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) ISO 37001 requirements.

2. Other Administrative Support

• Update Industry Sponsored Research (ISR) status, including recruitment progress, upcoming new trials, ongoing trials, and closure status of the trials in CRMx on a monthly basis.
• Inform and update the ARM on any new potential trials at the project site.

3. As required, assigned by ARM

• The SC may need to travel to send, receive, or retrieve biological samples/reports from external vendors.
• The SC may need to travel to engage with external relevant parties to ensure trial-related procedures are arranged accordingly.
• An under-utilized SC may need to mobilize from the current site to other project sites performing trial-related activities as agreed by investigators and approved by the Head of Clinical Operations.

South London Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN) is looking for an enthusiastic Research Nurse to join the Agile Workforce team.

The Research Nurse will play a key role in ensuring that any research undertaken within the Care settings department safeguards the wellbeing of the patients and is conducted according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trial) Regulations 2004 and Amended Regulations 2006.

Working collaboratively with the clinical trials team and the wider multidisciplinary team in the management of research patients. They will also act as a patient advocate providing support and assistance as required and assist in the coordination and management of a portfolio of clinical research studies.

The Headteacher welcomes ECTS to apply to this Science teaching post, as an ECT you will be joining an award-winning school and the languages department teach Science up to KS5. This is a high achieving, 11 - 18 comprehensive school and will be teaching a KS3 - KS5 timetable.

The SEN Teacher Vacancy

I am currently looking for an EYFS or SEN teacher who is experienced working with children with autism and/or SLD to join a delightful SEN school in the London Borough of Camden. The school are seeking to appoint a quality SEN teacher to join their team. The role will be to teach a mixed KS1/2 class working at pre-school levels.

SEN Teacher Roles & Responsibilities

This Camden based SEN Teacher role will require leading, delivering and co-ordinating lessons and curriculum to a class of 7 primary students that have cognitive, physical and developmental difficulties including autism. You will need to be committed to ensuring pupils make good progress and encourage pupils to reach their potential through engaging and stimulating multi-sensory teaching. It is important that you are a good line manager, can set targets, can plan a sensory curriculum, write reports, liaise with parents and external agencies and communicate well with fellow staff.

SEN Teacher Duties Would Include

- Liaising with your head of department to ensure that all mid and long term targets and tracking data are accurate.

The Ideal SEN Teacher Candidate
- QTS or a UK recognised teaching qualification
- To be able to differentiate work to students depending on their need and abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with other staff members.
- The ability to use initiative and can work well under pressure.
- PECS or Makaton trained is desirable
- Experience is desirable

I am looking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and engaging Primary SEN Teacher to join an outstanding special needs school in South West London at a very exciting time in its evolution. This thriving special school is based in South West London and caters to children and young people with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple difficulties and autism. You will be joining at a very exciting juncture in both the school's development and in the provision for special needs children in South West London.

This South West London school will benefit from a large on site therapy hub which will be the most advanced and well thought out I have seen in over 5 years working with special schools. There is clever use of outdoor space which provides the children with a multi-sensory, fun area full of interest and small touches that will engage pupils and add to their learning experience.

As a result of this massive expansion project I am looking to appoint a number of teachers for primary class teaching roles within the new primary department. Initially you will be contracted through Reeson Education on a timesheet basis for the duration of a probation period at which point a permanent contract will be offered subject to satisfactory performance
