As a Partnerships Manager you’ll:

• Manage MOH funded schemes including Health Manpower Development Plan and MOH-Inservice Scholarship & Sponsorship, aligned to approved implementation approach. Be the officer in-charge of managing the sponsorship processes, claims and audit matters pertaining to the funded schemes.
• Stay abreast and take bold steps to explore and apply new learning and development practices, technology, tools and approaches.

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in leading and implementing Learning & Organisational Development, preferably in the health, healthcare or service sectors. This may include competency framework development, designing and curating developmental roadmaps and programmes, capability and learning needs analysis, building learning culture, managing training operations and learning management system, as well as other relevant areas.
• Strong in L&D operational process and project management.
• Experiences in competency framework development, programme and curriculum design development.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills to engage across different levels and functions.
• Exhibit strong collaboration within L&D and HR teams.
• Bold to explore and experiment with new ways of working.
• Demonstrate resilience, creativity and pro-activeness in managing dynamic and complex situation.
