As Office & Operations Support & Resilience Manager, you will report to the Contract Director. You will be a highly organised, efficient multitasking and flexible individual who is keen to be part of a vibrant office environment. Our Support Workers support adults with learning disability & mental health conditions in their own homes

Main Duties of Domiciliary Support Workers
To Support/Care for a set number of Service Users in their own homes.
To record information in documents and service user's files on a daily basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

Establish constructive relationships with students and interact with them according to individual needs.

Assist with the development and implementation of Educational Health Care Plans / Behaviour Plans.

Provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers on student’s achievement, progress and issues in a suitable format.

Promote good student behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents in line with established policy and encourage students to take responsibility for their own behaviour.

You will need to be educated up to GCSE standard with Maths and English and have a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience. Experience of working with children with special educational needs in a school setting would be ideal.
