Main DutiesAs a property service coordinator, your main responsibilities will be to provide support to the retail helpdesk Lead in the management and delivery of contractual obligations and client expectations, logging jobs from retail stores on the CAFM system and seeing jobs through to completion, including writing and submitting quotes to the client, assisting your colleagues in maintaining departmental housekeeping, and to complete any administration required to comply with process and procedures.

In your new role you will also be ensuring contract specific KPI's/SLA's and first-time fixes are met and that client / customer communications are comprehensive and timely, liaising with stakeholders and building users, ensuring effective programming of PPM and Weekly and monthly reporting/ updates on your service lines.
The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, have excellent attention to detail and be able to provide expert FM advice.

The ideal candidate will also be able to provide excellent customer service to our clients in answering the phones, managing emails and face-to-face communications.

The Role:

• Handle a broad Commercial Property caseload from start to completion

• Contribute to the growth and strategy for Real Estate within the business

• A qualified Solicitor with a strong aptitude for Commercial Property law (must have completed a Commercial Property seat as part of their training contract)
