#### Position Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and guiding a team of salespeople within a company. They set sales goals, create and execute sales strategies, manage sales performance, and foster client relationships. The Sales Manager also works closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
#### Key Responsibilities
1. **Sales Strategy and Planning**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

2. **Team Management**
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff.

3. **Performance Monitoring**
- Track sales metrics and report on the team’s performance.

6. **Sales Operations and Administration**

7. **Budgeting and Financial Management**
- Prepare and manage the sales budget.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure they remain within budget.

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
