Location: National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham, NG12 2LU

Working Hours: 39 hours per week, flexible hours but usually 9 to 5, Monday to Sunday, however evening work up until 8pm is sometimes required and at least 2 weekends per month.
Salary: £23,262 per annum + Commission to be discussed at interview

Holme Pierrepont Country Park, the home of the National Water Sports Centre has excellent water facilities, accommodation, a campsite, Outdoor Adventure Zone, Life Fitness Gym and marvellous nature trails for cycling and walking, it is a favourite destination for families, schools, corporate clients, and individuals.
The main purpose of this role is to process bookings from our customers taken via telephone and email.
On a day-to-day basis you will perform the following duties:
- Maintain a full product knowledge of the services available at the Centre and advise customers accordingly
- Proactively seek sales opportunities
- Deliver on sales targets
- Adopt a pro-active approach to continuous service improvement
- Contribute to planning strategies
- Enter booking information on various IT systems
- Conduct phone calls with potential booking parties
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Process payments for bookings

To be considered for this role you will have experience working within a busy administration / sales environment and have good customer care and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and remain calm and assured under pressure.
Due to the location, it is desirable that you can travel by car / bike etc as difficult to get to on public transport.
