What you'll do
You'll implement B2B content campaigns to retain managed clients including SME's, Corporates, Groups and TMC clients.
Develop sales support and educational content to support the acquisition and retention of existing clients.
Provide support for tradeshows, events and webinars. Working with the sales team agree calendar of events, create supporting marketing collateral, and attend where necessary.
Define strong business content on our own channel and work with digital teams to optimise the customer journey to maximise conversions to Business Booker and Business Account.

Working with other internal teams: Business Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations and the Commercial Leads you'll be offering a great proposition that will make potential customers wonder why they would need to consider staying anywhere else.

We take many bookings both online and the phone and are looking for someone who can support our business and leisure customers with their bookings. This will be anything from taking the booking through to solving any issue which the customer may have.
You'll have a case load of work that comes through, mostly by email but can also be on the phone.  You'll be responding to these quote requests, informing customers of hotel pricing etc.  If they want to go ahead with the booking, you'll confirm the booking with them.  These are both tracked on an excel tracker so a basic understanding of excel is a must and you'll be trained on the systems that we use to create the bookings so being comfortable using systems is important.
