• To handle customer queries on product compliance, certification, test reports, standards, and requirements as well as to furnish the relevant information to the customer.
• Prepare and compile Tender/Contract document & Project Co-ordination 
• To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to client timely.
• To be responsible for executing the purchase orders / job orders given by customers
• Customer services which include daily operational activities, field supporting works and customer support activities
• To support in office business operation, documentation & follow up on day to day RFQ, including quoted submissions
• To closely monitor status of goods deliver till invoicing to end client

− To gather field or market intelligence of the products in order to initiate

Job Duties:-
