We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Operations cum Account Executive to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing the daily office operations while also handling key accounting tasks. Job Scope:

1)Liaise & coordinate with architect and consultant for relevant submission and approval. 2)Prepare the trades' detailed construction schedule for the masterwork program. 3)Review various design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, civil and structural, architectural and interior design drawings.
