What is the Role?

Working as a Customer Service Advisor within our Collections team you will operate in a fast moving, customer contact centre environment. This role will be predominantly a telephony-based role where you will be on the phone speaking with our customers to resolve outstanding account balances. You will manage your own portfolio of customers while working alongside the wider collections team.

As part of your role you will:

- Ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service through the delivery of exceptional customer service.

- You will be adaptive in your approach, proactively managing your customers and maintain high levels of service while meeting KPIs and targets.

- Being a customer facing role, youll be great at establishing and nourishing positive working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to the business.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.

- Customer Service experience.

- Experience of Inbound Telephony would be advantageous but not required.

The candidate will be working on a new Financial Investigation Team created as a result of the Companies House Reform Act. This will contribute to the wider objectives of the Companies House reform legislation and to the protection of the UK, its citizens and its economy from economic crime.

The primary responsibility will be the planning and preparation of financial investigations for the purpose of confiscations under POCA in England and Wales, presenting case material including financial statements and attending court if necessary.

The post holder will:

• be confident in their ability to produce excellence in investigations as directed, with an ability to innovate and to operate in a high governance environment, under pressure both alone and working as part of a motivated team.
