We are recruiting Guest Services Ambassador to join our Rapport team at one of our prestigious client offices in Bristol. The client is one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in the world, and you will play a crucial role in delivering a 5* memorable experience to our clients, guests, visitors, and key stakeholders, covering the operation of all client floors and hospitality areas.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week/8 hours per day), working on a shift rota basis from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 6 PM. Overtime may be required on occasion of events as per business needs.
The Guest Services Ambassador is a “hands on” and proactive role that requires a character that actively seeks opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business environment. The role will specialise in the external client experience, from the ground floor to the meeting room.
Main responsibilities
Providing excellent service to clients and guests alike, ensuring duties are carried out to the highest of standards
Overseeing client reception and provide office support throughout the business
Building rapport within the business, being a point of contact for office support
Managing any client bookings, hospitality requests, overseeing on site café
Managing vending and coffee machines, including their cleaning and replenishment
Setting up meeting rooms, servicing and clearing down of all working meals and fine dining
Stock taking procedures
Light cleaning duties
