Duties

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and achieved CIPD, have a proven track record of delivering on targets, work well under pressure, be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and have significant competence in analysing and presenting data as part of workforce data forums. The candidate will be able to operate in an environment of rapid change and conflicting priorities and, , have previous NHS experience.
