YOUR ROLE
As a Supply Chain Management Degree Apprentice, you will be joining our fast-paced, multi-user site based in Redditch.
You will have the opportunity to rotate around different roles and departments across this operation, including inbound & outbound, wholesale, returns and the final mile, to broaden your knowledge and experience, preparing you for your future in Logistics.
This is a Monday – Friday position working 40 hours per week, but some flexibility may be required during the rotation around different departments.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Throughout your 4-year Degree Apprenticeship you will gain knowledge, hands on experience and exposure to all areas of a warehousing operation. All your experience on the job will play a key part in evidencing your knowledge, skills and behaviors required as part of your degree.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an individual who is driven, hungry to learn and self-motivated. This role would potentially suit someone who has a desire in data and is good on Microsoft Excel. We are also keen on bringing someone into the role who has a genuine interest and desire to work within the logistics industry.
In order to be accepted onto the apprenticeship, you must have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above in Maths and English and have a minimum of 3 A Levels.
