Salary: £30,000.00 - £45,000 (M1-UPS2)

Role Overview:
As a dedicated Science Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to students in KS3, 4, and 5. The primary focus is on enhancing academic and vocational qualifications, fostering independent living skills, and preparing students for their future endeavours, whether in further education, training, or the workforce.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience teaching GCSE, A level, and BTEC Firsts in Applied Science and Application of Science is highly desirable.
Ability to contribute to curriculum delivery and development, considering the diverse needs of students.
Collaboration with colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Utilisation of short, medium, and long-term plans for effective curriculum delivery.
Setting, monitoring, and reviewing personalised targets to optimise individual learning.
Contribution to the review of Statements, EHC plans, PEP, and LAC reviews.
Key Duties:
Contribute to curriculum development, considering students' educational, physical, and social needs.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance the learning environment.
Utilise and maintain short, medium, and long-term plans for effective curriculum delivery.
Set, monitor, and review personalised targets to optimise learning outcomes.
Contribute to the review of Statements, EHC plans, PEP, and LAC reviews.
Provide structured lessons with pace, motivation, and challenge.
Assist in the development of the curriculum offer.
