We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated Sales Office Manager to manage a team of 5, in a fast-paced sales office at the heart of the FuseBox distribution organisation based in Kilmarnock, Scotland.

About the role:
The Sales Office Manager position is to lead and oversee the daily operations of a dynamic sales office team; coordinate internal sales procedures to drive achievement of company sales goals. Monitor and enhance the high-performing sales team performance to align with business goals and maintain a consistent approach to all sales activities.
- Accurate entry of orders in SAGE system, including order acknowledgements and resolution of customer issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and email communications and manage sales office mailbox.
- Collaborate with internal departments for problem-solving and timely results delivery.
- Uphold company procedures and processes consistently.
- Have inspirational leadership, mentoring, and coaching to achieve goals, following a structured performance review process.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Working hours are 8-4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8-3.30pm Friday with overtime depending on the needs of the business.
About you:
You will need previous experience as an Office Manager and managing a sales team. Previous SAGE experience is desired, it is not essential for this role as training will be provided. You will possess strong time-management skills, be able to adapt at multitasking, proficient in office applications, have a drive for learning new software, and uphold the confidentiality of sensitive company information. Attention to detail and excellent team interaction skills are essential for this position.
