To update brown file into system
To prepare documents for delivery of vehicle.
To take care of reception counter & showroom
To assist attending walk in guest / customers
To assist in preparing reports
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Attend promptly to incoming and outgoing calls, mail/courier packages as well as visitors.
Other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time
QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
Professional attitude and appearance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Manage & Participating in Events and Roadshows
Promote and sell vehicles and related products or services to customers.
Responsible to maintaining a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including understanding market trends, competitor offerings, and new developments.
Manage social media accounts and handle exhibition
QUALIFICATION
Diploma / Degree in Business Management or relevant discipline
Able to communicate and write proficiently in English & Bahasa is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good self-discipline, attendance and working attitude.
