As a CoStar Sales Executive for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lenders, you will be responsible for growing the relationships with regional and community-based lenders.  You will lead the sales strategy and goals with the objective of growing CoStar revenue while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our key lenders at every organizational level. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a comprehensive regional account strategy in coordination with the Senior Director of Lending and Risk Analytics
• Create and develop relationships with key customers to enhance retention and increase additional sales to those accounts.  Constantly seek, share and implement best practices in the sales function. 
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including business and functional partners and the senior management team
• Collaboration with field sales teams to assist in achieving team goals with local offices
• Prospect and sell named list of unsold firms within the lending account vertical
• Represent CoStar by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

External applicants are expected to have the following experience:

• Seven or more years of sales experience managing the strategy and senior level relationships with key accounts in financial or information services, business intelligence, SaaS or data and analytic companies or equivalent client facing experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry
• A current and valid driver’s license (or the ability to obtain a driver’s license prior to start date) is required
• Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to start.  Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws
• Ability to regularly drive for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday

Internal applicants are expected to have the following experience:

• Five or more years of sales experience plus 18 months at a CoStar Sales Executive level or higher meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
• Five or more years of a demonstrated track record of rapidly growing and achieving revenue growth targets
• Three or more years of selling into large national accounts at the C-level
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date

• Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry selling to owners, investors, brokers
• Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships with clients at high levels
• Ability to analyze data, build-out reporting and make strategic recommendations based on data and trends

Responsibilities:

• Provides advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs
• Processing orders via order management system
• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
• Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised
• Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas
• Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of products is preferred
• General computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• General math skills to allow for cash accounting
• An ability to learn is a must have!

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan
• Business Development – Using CoStar Group’s extensive property data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business
• Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue
• Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and your trends within your specific market territory
• Customer Focus – Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular, value you added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help our clients achieve their goals
• Build strong client relationships and prospect by conducting regular in-person meetings which will require travel by car and could require travel outside of the driving radius of your office location

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College
• A minimum of five years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions
• A track record of commitment to prior employers
• A current and valid driver’s license (or the ability to obtain a driver’s license prior to start date) is required

Arrow is seeking a Sales Engineer - Cloud - to provide technical direction and business guidance to our channel partner community in North America.  As a Sales Engineer, you will be accountable for partner enablement goals by driving innovative technical programs and overseeing day-to-day technical account-level activities. You will be responsible for evangelizing, positioning, and architecting solutions for channel partners within your assigned region or technology focus.  The successful candidate will have deep knowledge in Cloud technologies and knowledge across the modern data center and adjacent solutions.

If the candidate is located in Colorado, this position can follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) based in Centennial CO and 2 days from home.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Works in partnership with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement specific industry and account penetration strategies, produce account specific product and sales enablement plans, provide assessments and drive leads from identification to sale completion.

• Provides technical leadership and direction to channel partners and sales staff with pre-sales activities in the assigned market on behalf of Arrow’s cloud suppliers (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Leads in the discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and refinement of fully integrated technology solutions

• Demonstrates technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Cloud architectures and offerings in the modern data center

• Acts as technical expert and consultant to develop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of assigned channel partners and their end users

• Makes technical and sales presentations to channel partner’s technical and sales staff

• Working with Arrow marketing teams to create and produce digital channel-ready technical content that is published to Arrow social media sites and networks

• Serves as a trusted technology influencer to channel partners and serves as an internal Arrow resource on technical plays or specific business applications and outcomes within an assigned market segment

• Successfully builds relationships with the Arrow account team, partners and end users in support of sales objectives, engages and leverages Arrow horizontal resources, abilities, budgets and personnel as appropriate

Autodesk is looking for a dynamic sales executive with commercial and technical skills to grow our North America Design & Manufacturing Data Platform team. Reporting to the Americas Data Platform Sales Leader you will help develop new business opportunities and lead sales engagements with customers, while working with extended teams and our partner network along the way. We are looking for someone to help demonstrate, articulate, and promote Autodesk's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform solutions to executives and important decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing

• Conduct discovery activities and value assessments for Autodesk prospective customers

• Prepare business cases for investment that addresses pain points with customer desired outcomes

• Negotiate deals and contracts at multiple levels within the targeted account, with primary focus on enterprise-level negotiations

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience using a CRM software system to manage account and sales opportunities

• Experience leading clients in discovery discussions and workshops

• Develop and present executive- level investment business cases to C-level audiences

• Experience with design and manufacturing product development process

• Knowledge of PDM/PLM solutions and their competitive landscape

• Travel up to 30% to achieve sales and business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running enterprise software and services sales in manufacturing environments (PLM, ERP, MES)

• Knowledge of cloud-enabled technologies, SaaS, AWS

• Manufacturing industry experience

• Relationship-based software experience selling to the C-suite

POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Manager – Mobile will craft unique and delightful mobile app experiences that drive revenue, increase customer engagement and foster irrational brand loyalty. The Product Manager – Mobile will be the liaison between various internal and external stakeholders to help define our strategy, write requirements, manage product development and lead destination and end customer roll-out. The Product Manager – Mobile is ultimately responsible for Alterra’s mobile app product functionality and usability and ensures product goals and project timelines are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

General Responsibilities

• Coordinate with key stakeholders and define product strategy and features for both iOS and Android mobile apps

• Champion new ideas and mobile app features with stakeholders across Alterra Mountain Company (HQ and resorts)

• Take an active role and work closely with our internal IT and marketing teams, vendor partners and resort staff to concept, define and launch product sets in an agile, fast-paced environment

• Prioritize and document product requirements, user stories and designs for feature enhancements for existing and new application modules while considering the needs of existing customers, competitive market offerings and our overall company strategy.

• Participate in the maintenance and grooming of product backlogs ensuring user stories are well formed with acceptance criteria.

• Communicate and coordinate with constituents on proposed solutions, project status and timeline for delivery.

• Lead go-to-market efforts with HQ and resort destinations, deliver product training on new feature enhancements or modules

• Manage the product support process with resort stakeholders and customer call center staff

• Establish, track and communicate KPIs that demonstrate the overall health of Alterra’s mobile app products

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record. Passion for building amazing mobile app experiences (iOS & Android) – and have a track record to prove it.

• Product Owner.  Demonstrates the ability to take ideas, define products, and ship features.

• Customer Focused.  Understands customer needs, gather details for initiatives and documents supporting business cases.

• Results Oriented. Experience in identifying issues, understanding what needs to be done, and working with the appropriate development team to get solutions shipped.

Autodesk is a Customer Company with millions of customers world-wide. As a Midmarket Territory Account Sales Executive, you are the primary contact for the Design and Manufacturing portfolio. We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist who is passionate about the AEC-O industry and believes in the potential of Digital twin technology to revolutionize this field. We offer a unique opportunity to engage with some of the world's largest organizations that build, operate, and manage facilities. You bring an energy and enthusiasm when working directly with clients to help them understand the value and positive outcomes from adopting a new technology. You will report to the Senior Sales Manager for Tandem. You will work with the team in Denver, CO and is hybrid/remote.

Responsibilities

• You will grow the Autodesk Tandem business in your territory through implementing a business plan and growth strategies to achieve team sales and revenue objectives

• You will qualify inbound leads and identify expansion opportunities across existing Autodesk customers, collaborate with the broader Autodesk teams within our target industries and segments

• You will partner with Customer Success to agree on customer growth plans, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing use of Tandem

• You will lead customer presentations and product demonstrations that are informative and compelling, as well as develop collateral in multiple formats to share and conduct training sessions with the broader Autodesk sales teams

• You will achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets, providing accurate forecasts to leadership through sales and CRM tools that improve customer engagement strategy and effectiveness

• You will partner and collaborate with internal subject matter experts, marketing, and product teams to translate customer challenges into workflow solutions and best practices

• As requested, you will travel to main customer sites and participate in Executive Briefings and attend and support trade shows and events

Qualifications

• You will have either a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• You have previous experience selling SaaS technology to both enterprise and mid-market customers (Smart Building Technology and/or AEC-O industry)

• You have 5+ Years of software sales experience in a quota carrying role

• Experience collaborating with Global direct and indirect sales teams

Estimated travel for this position is between 10-20%
