Working in a team of 4 in one of the factories on site, you will be reporting into the Quality lead and conducting the following responsibilities:
Dealing with any complaints/defects from the shift before or over the weekend
Attending Daily factory meetings - You will be discussing any data findings /Give your quality report for the team
Internal Auditing
Undertake Root Cause Analysis - then taking it a step further "how do we stop that from happening again, what can we change" - using 5 Whys
Use of SPC - Statistical Process Control
Liaising with external suppliers via email and telephone to overcome any issues
I am looking to speak with candidates who have previous experience within Quality postions in a manufacturing or production environment.
