A global manufacturer within a multi-billion pound turnover and with a clear vision of further growth are looking to recruit a purchasing administrator to join their supply chain team. This position as purchasing administrator will see you :
- Placing and maintain purchase orders of materials
- Managing suppliers and booking requests
- Support the management of aged inventory
- Administering stock check and inventory control
- To support a Supply chain lead in supply chain improvements
- General department administration
- Build / Maintain supplier relationships
The successfully candidate working within the purchasing administrators role will have a need to hold a similar background within manufacturing or supplier based business, ideally hold MRP or ERP systems experience, and be a key team player. This role would be the ideal position for someone who has worked as a supply chain administrator, purchaser or procurement administrator.
