Customer Service & Procurement Assistant
Braintree, Essex
Full time Monday to Friday, Permanent position
Salary: Negotiable
Our client a well established maintenance, repair & overhaul of all Aerospace structural components.
The Job:
Prepare work orders and send out via email.
Prioritise and process customer orders and requests.
Provide Customers with repair quotations.
Invoice completed jobs and approve sales invoices accordingly.
Answer all inbound calls.
Upload own staffing and Engineer's timesheets.
Liaise with company suppliers to arrange collections and deliveries.
Order and chase up routine spares and update the in-house system.
General administration and filing.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly.
Communicate with customers to update them on their orders.
The Person:
Recent Customer Service and Procurement experience within a working environment.
Build and maintain an excellent relationship with both customers and colleagues
Communicate efficiently to ensure information is delivered in a timely manner
Work well to deadlines.
Be highly organised.
Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task.
Remain calm under pressure.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Proven customer support experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Software.
Experience with processing sales invoices and ordering stock.
