Role Purpose:
A brand new opportunity to join an award-winning apprenticeship programme as a People Development & Communication Apprentice. You will play a crucial role in supporting the People Development team and the Internal Comms team. This role offers a chance to expand knowledge in the world of People Development and find your creative flare with Internal Comms.
You will work 37.5 hours a week, Mon- Fri, on an 18-month contract, earning £20,000 Per annum.
A typical day in this role includes:
People Development
· Maintaining internal systems with People Development programmes.
· Supporting with invitations and admin for workshops such as travel & accommodation to ensure they run smoothly.
· Supporting with virtual training sessions.
· Collating information for People Development comms.
· Designing bespoke images & content for all training and comms.
· Updating the People Development data library & sending out regional updates.
· Creating learning modules on our internal systems & creating learning playlists.
· Assigning and issuing welcome emails for retail management population.
· Attending weekly & monthly People Development calls.
· Updating and maintaining internal trackers.
· Adhoc project work.
Internal Comms
· Supporting Head Office events.
· Provide updates for internal comms.
· Capture video footage.
· Collect data and support with analysis.
· Creating internal and external social media plans.
· Create engaging social media content.
· Support our store social media pages with monitoring content and providing training.
You will work through a programme of learning with the support of the team and your Learning Coach over an 18-month period, all done virtually so no college days. You will achieve you Level 3 HR Support Practitioner Apprenticeship.

What you’ll need:
· Maths and English grade C/4 or above
· You are not currently at school, college or university.
· Avid interest in seeking a career in Human Resources
· Be confident in influencing great outcomes and be able to challenge managers appropriately.
