Reporting to Retail Media Director, as a Senior Retail Media Manager, you will be an important contributor in leading media strategy and team development. Your main responsibilities will include leading strategic initiatives, testing & data analysis, daily management across complex retail accounts. Roles and Responsibilities

The Offshore Delivery Leader would be responsible for the delivery team and oversee

Overall Offshore operations: 

• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for offshore deliveries
• Oversee the deliveries as per agreed SLAs committed to client and internal teams
• Draft SLAs & workflows with DWA offices / clients
• Responsible for the quality output from the team
• Be the POC for any offshore related assignments / escalations 

The Offshore staff/team responsibility:

• Staff recruitment, onboarding, and outlining & overseeing all his/her team’s roles & responsibilities

• Set annual goals and milestones and develop a strategic plan for the DWA IN in cooperation with the country head
• Creating budgets: work with management on staffing plans and FTEs

You'll lead the design and execution of cutting-edge social campaigns and editorial programs. Collaborating with teams across multiple countries, including Japan, Korea, India, and Indonesia, you'll manage internal and external relationships, ensure effective content distribution, and oversee day-to-day operations and community management.

• Proficient understanding of social media analytics and experience with Sprinklr preferred

• Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
