The Production & Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting the finance & production teams and specifically in relation to the seafood processing plant and front office at the Cardwell site.
The role requires an ability to follow direction and implement instructions, including following of standard work instructions and verbal instructions regarding administration and production operations.
Below are some job responsibilities, but not limited to:
Data encoding for production testing, analysis & reporting
Updating of records, registers and Masterlist
Front of office duties including phone answering, mail collection, filing, PPE stock control
Data entry (finance) include invoice input
Assist with production logistics & staff sales
Handling petty cash and fuel sheets
No seafood processing knowledge required, but front office & QA experience will be highly regarded.
Licence to operate a forklift highly regarded
