Location: Outskirts of Exeter
Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Operative to join their client's growing team in the outskirts of Exeter. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality product is produced, packed, and delivered to customers.
You will be responsible for assisting the Production Manager in all aspects of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual heavy lifting and product handling in accordance with company procedures
- Adhere to strict food hygiene and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Help with stock control and inventory management
Requirements:
Previous experience in a production role is desirable but not essential, good verbal communication skills in English. Be physically fit, able to consistently lift weights. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate, you will also have the chance to work with a diverse team of individuals, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in the manufacturing industry.
