We are looking for a Softgoods Production Operative to join our client in Gedney Hill, Lincolnshire. This role starts as temporary, with the potential to transition into a Production & Admin Coordinator for the right candidate.
- Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour for the first 3 months, rising to £12.58 after 3 months.
- Location: Gedney Hill, Lincs
- Type: Temporary, with the potential to go permanent
Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Operating branding and embroidery machines
- Assisting with order processing and packing
- Ensuring accuracy and quality control
- Following Health & Safety regulations
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and machine maintenance
Requirements:
- 6 months of work experience (preferred)
- Good manual dexterity and communication skills
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to learn and meet production targets
- Printing experience (preferred but not essential)
