The Analyst, Data Maintenance has the responsibility of support the global supplier on boarding process at Visa, conducting various due diligence processes and risk controls.  The role is focused on the management of supplier and employee master data, on-boarding and update controls and data accuracy of all supplier and employee payment master records.

This position is responsible for coordinating and processing data creation and change requests, ensuring that all active supplier records have undergone appropriate controls, and the supplier employee data recorded in the core payment systems is accurate.

The role requires the ability to work in a complex and diverse, international, and multi currency environment.  Key tasks include

• Manage incoming requests to set up, monitor and maintain supplier and employee master file information in Oracle and Ariba platforms
• Act on and follow up the open requests Ask Now tickets in a timely manner, to ensure queries are completed within agreed timeframe SLA
• Act as primary contact for business queries, provide guidance and support regarding process steps
• Working with Procurement and Risk functions to align process requirements
• Co-ordinate the on-boarding of new suppliers, including
  • check and validate data, complete due diligence
  • data entry supplier set-up in core systems
  • recording of entry and exit from specialist due diligence
  • controls to ensure compliant bank a c set-up
• Provide ongoing reporting to determine in-flight status of on-boarding or data change activity
• Provide periodic reporting to demonstrate performance of function
• Monitor and report on new and in-flight work ticket status

Complete and maintain data maintenance process documentation

Job Description:

As HO Maintenance Services, you will build and manage a team working on Maintenance & Services. In this position you will directly contribute to the success of our customers operation by providing support and deliverables related to maintenance & retrofit for all Airbus Commercial aircraft.

• Build and manage a team from 8 team members to 12 people (by end of year 2024).
• Ensure proper training and development of this newly created team with the support of Airbus organisation.

Job Description:
The job holder is responsible to ensure the timely return-to-service for the commercial Aircraft by providing an optimal
structural repair solutions considering the time & cost aspects. This has to be ensured from a design and/or stress
perspective for product Safety by engaging the right stakeholders.
The various activities to perform are:
● Search: the right inputs to carry out assessments of a given damage scenario

o Query the right drawings for the Aircraft configuration.
o Use hand calculations / computer methods.
● Propose & Analyze: the structural repair solutions for airlines.

o Liaise across stakeholders (eg: Design, Stress / Fatigue, Materials, Performance etc.)
o Validate the methods applied and various assumptions & data used.
o Such that the repair makes the Aircraft airworthy again.
o Define maintenance programs.

● Report:

o Prepare the technical justification documents (Design and/or Stress)

● Approve:

o Approve or Secure Approval of the technical justification

● PM & Business Improvement:

o Identify and support local improvement initiatives.
o Aligned across various stakeholders.
o Ensure timely response, effective monitoring & reporting.

Required skills and expertise:
o Aspire to fix real world in-service structural issues on Aircraft.
o Strong in technical concepts (Structural design and/or stress analysis incl. F&DT).
o Be able to collaborate and also work independently when needed.
o Perform in a pressure environment and make quick yet meaningful decisions.
