Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bank reconciliations with precision and accuracy.
- Facilitate payments via CHAPS, BACS, and foreign payment systems.
- Ensure client funds are allocated correctly and promptly.
- Handle billing and bank deposits.
- Build rapport with clients both in person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries.
- Support and contribute to a safe and positive work environment.
- Assist in enhancing office processes and procedures.
- Undertake any other tasks as required by the firm to ensure smooth operations.
Essential
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- A collaborative team player with a professional approach to relationship building.
- Familiarity with Solicitors' Accounts Rules and experience using Legal Accounts software.
- Previous experience as a cashier in a legal or solicitor's office.
