What you bring:

• You must have an in date SIA Licence (If you have supervisory experience and experience in security, this isn't essential)
• Strong observational, written and communication skills
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
• Knowledge of reviewing and developing SOPS
• Proven experience of managing and developing a team

- Conduct regular perimeter patrols and perform regular safety and fire-equipment checks
- Ensure guests holidays are not disrupted by maintaining acceptable noise levels in and around caravans

To apply for this role you MUST have a current SIA licence (CCTV licence advantageous) and would have worked in a similar role preferably with Sodexo, although full training will be given to the successful candidate.

• Use of site specific digital access control systems (AEOS & Datascope)
• General administration / reasonable request from management.

About the Role

Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with that brings a wide variety of shift patterns - if you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, then look no further! You'll be responsible for:

-Keeping a constant watch with patrols/checks including checking the inside and outside areas of the store for any signs of damage, break-ins or tampering with cash point machines.

-Carrying out daily checks on fire doors, clear any obstructions and maintain the fire door records

-Managing conflicts and sometimes heightened situations

-Supporting your manager with random spot checks by acting as a witness and recording the details

-Conducting spot checks on vehicles in the warehouse yard, with the driver present

-Other spot checks including making sure paperwork and processes are completed in areas like claims and returns, waste management and lost property
