As a Casual Security Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our Council meetings, held in four of our historic Town Halls. These meetings typically take place in the evenings, anytime from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The Role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, community facilitator to support the Public Health Directorate. The role will be focused on supporting the delivery of our community engagement activities across our communities and settings, to meet our strong ambition for improving population health and reduce health inequalities in Bolton.

THE ROLE
You will be part of our Security team. Your main duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Supervise the main entrance at the gatehouse, ensuring only authorised personnel may enter the Bakery compound;

Qualifications and Experience:

7 Years plus experience working at an agency or in-house PR role, preferably in the special education services sector.
Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle stressful situations, think clearly and act fast.
A critical thinker, with the ability to manage risk whilst maintaining strong governance for an organisation. Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and effectively collaborate with teams across a broad network or schools.
The desire to work in service-oriented business - highly organised with the ability to multitask on various projects.
Passionate about people and service, with an uncompromised focus on discretion, privacy, and respect.
Self-starter with an interest in various PR projects including crisis management, corporate communications, thought leadership and content production/marketing.
Technological proficiency and well versed in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint

From dealing with telephone enquiries, transferring calls, filing, taking and relaying messages to welcoming clients and visitors on site and all other admin duties. As our admin assistance, you will also have the responsibility for the collection and distribution of incoming and outgoing office mail, carrying out filing, scanning, photocopying and shredding duties. This highly successful and well-established solicitors is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary on a temporary basis to start immediately. The role is paying up to £13.00 per hour and is ongoing on a week-to-week basis, working in fantastic offices in Bolton.

What will you be doing as a Legal Secretary?
Working for a partner, you will carry out work in the Family and Care department. The role will include:
* Digital audio transcription
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
* Organising and coordinating diaries, meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
* Taking, typing and distributing minutes of meetings
* Handling incoming mail and other material as directed
* Maintaining filing systems and databases

* Previous Legal Secretarial experience within Family or Care.
