We are looking for dedicated Team Administrators who can be part of an evolving administration team, you’ll play a key role in our Health Visiting Team.
The successful post holder will be employed by East Sussex Healthcare Trust but be part of the Integrated Early Help Service 0 -19 Service (East Sussex Healthcare Trust and East Sussex County Council).
The role is fast paced, requiring resilience, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times and being a good communicator is also key.

The successful candidates will provide systems administration support as part of the administration team. Support offered will be face-to-face and virtual for clinical staff, as directed by the Senior Admin, Operational Support Officer, and Business Support Manager.
You will be working as part of a rota which will include being on Duty in our two Duty offices.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate good interpersonal, verbal and written skills and have a "can do" positive attitude.
You will have a good level of IT literacy (including Excel) as you will be using multiple software packages including SystmOne.
This role will keep you both challenged and busy as you work closely with colleagues to support the clinical team.
