Our team supports cross divisional programs for Transactional Systems as a part of the Enterprise Business Services area. This also helps us provide a lot of unique value added services to the clients via Directed Spend initiative. We are looking for a Product Manager who has the passion to lead and direct large-scale, complex, multi- year product roadmaps across organizations, executives, stakeholders, with the ability to influence partner teams and engineers.

Education:

• Accreditation ICD 503 packages for DoD and/or IC Customers
• 10+ years recent experience establishing security processes, practices and principles for SCI communication network connected systems
• 10+ years recent experience with NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and FISMA requirements

What you'll be doing

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to report to the Director, Internal Audit, Technology Infrastructure and will be expected to have proven experience and knowledge in Technology that includes technology infrastructure and systems, information security, technology systems including Cloud services as well as access and data related controls for CIBC and outsourced technology environments.

You'll support Internal Audit groups by ensuring suitable coverage of technology risk within the audit universe, providing leadership, insight and proactive control advice to management. You'll participate in various audits and objectively evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology infrastructure, systems,  information security, access and data related controls across the audit entity portfolio. You'll perform and document your work in accordance with CIBC Internal Audit methodology and you will be accountable for the quality of audit procedures and documentation prepared by you.

• Execute audits - Participate or manage the audit execution of technology related audits within the portfolio. • Facilitate communication - Communicate trends in risk and control issues to Internal Audit management and contribute to reports to senior management on the results of ongoing reviews of information technology infrastructure, information security, technology systems including Cloud services as well as access and data across CIBC. As the subject matter expert, when required, review contracts and provide feedback to procurement and other stakeholders, ensuring that audit rights are included.  

Who you are

• You have 2-4 years of technology audit experience and can demonstrate having a broad and deep knowledge and understanding of risks associated with technology infrastructure, networks, system access and security, cloud technology, regulatory requirements and best practices in technology controls. You will also have knowledge of auditing practices, procedures and principles that enable you to analyze client operations, assess risks, and select the most suitable audit approach. You must have proven ability to write comprehensive and concise reports that have been utilized by senior leadership.

• You’re a certified professional. You have a current accreditation in any of the following: CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor; CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional; In-depth knowledge of COBIT and working knowledge of ITIL, ISO and NIST frameworks.

What you'll be doing

As the Analyst, Information Security, you’ll be joining CIBC’s Cyber Security Resilience Team and will be supporting eDiscovery for Legal, Corporate Security and various groups. The accountabilities also include system alert analysis for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) investigations. You will be required to assess alerts based on prerequisite analysis, defined decision trees and assign investigations to the LOB (Line of Business) or Corporate Security based on the nature of the event/alert. They will provide problem resolution for data gathering, analysis, process review and recommendations.

You will process requests as per the Life Cycle Management of Privileged IDs. You will partner with internal stakeholders to remediate security incidents related to identity and access management. You will provide technical expertise in development and support of all activities, processes, procedures and tools used for validating and insuring the integrity of information security.

Job Background/context

Equity Swaps Middle Office sits within Citi Market Operations supporting the Delta One Business and is part of the overall Prime Finance Middle Office unit. Job Overview

The Director of Financial Systems and Processes, in a senior-level position within the University Information Services, provides technical stewardship and strategic leadership for the operations of the University’s core Workday Financials system and technical services - including all configurations, reporting, data security, and system integrations services in Workday Financials, the University’s system of record.

The Director manages the technical and functional resources in each business area: Financial Accounting (GL), Endowment Accounting, Revenue Management, Budgeting, Assets, Expenses, Projects, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Pre-Award and Post-Award Grants Management; and serves as the primary liaison with the Finance system users. As well, they provide the day-to-day oversight of the configuration, development and maintenance of the Workday Financials system and all integrations to other systems, and implement new functionality as delivered by Workday and in response to university requirements.

The Director plays a crucial role in aligning business processes and administrative systems with the missions of the university, and partners with the business owners across the University to maintain, improve and identify system and process improvements for the financial system, reports and processes. • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing IT roadmap and strategy, specifically focusing on Financial administrative systems - e.g., Workday

The expected pay range for this position is $103,723 to $158,000 per annum.

The Asset Servicing Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Responsibilities:

• This role will manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events
• These activities include revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events
• Identifies, summarizes and accurately captures all incoming instructions pertaining to Corporate Action and proxy events
• Notifies clients of Corporate Action and Proxy events received from vendor sources
• Liaise with clients on Corporate Action events to solicit instructions

Data Research Analyst, Center for Security and Emerging Technology - Walsh School of Foreign Service - Georgetown University

The Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET), under the Walsh School of Foreign Service (SFS), is seeking capable data storytellers, analyzers, and visualizers to be Data Research Analysts. 

Data Research Analysts are part of CSET’s data team, working with specific lines of research to produce data-driven research products and policy analysis alongside CSET’s analysis teams. This dynamic role serves as a bridge between the data and analysis teams. It draws on knowledge of research methods, subject-area expertise, and analytic skills. We encourage those with experience in data visualization, programming, and/or statistical analysis to apply.

We are a cross-matrixed research organization focused on studying the security impacts of emerging technologies, supporting academic work in security and technology studies, and delivering nonpartisan analysis to technologists and policymakers. CSET’s research currently focuses on artificial intelligence, advanced computing, and biotechnology.  

We are particularly interested in Data Research Analysts who can support one of the following lines of research:

• Applications: How can the U.S. government and its allies make effective use of artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) and other emerging technologies? Our research in this area examines AI-enabled emerging technologies relevant to national security, opportunities and challenges for adoption and application, and opportunities for alliances in the development and deployment of AI-enabled systems.
• Assessment: AI/ML systems are failure-prone, unreliable, and opaque. This research line seeks to understand and contribute to the development and adoption of AI standards, testing procedures, best practices, regulation, auditing, and certification. It identifies areas where U.S. policy could promote the responsible, safe, and reliable deployment of AI/ML capabilities. It encompasses exploration of AI/ML accidents, harms, and vulnerabilities; AI trustworthiness, safety, standards, testing, and evaluation; AI adoption, regulation, and policy; and attempts to understand when systems work well, when they fail, and how such failures could be mitigated.

The Data Research Analyst reports to the Director of Data Science and Research, and is responsible for: 

• Collaborating with Research Fellows, Research Analysts, Data Scientists, and Center leadership to develop and execute research proposals and produce data-driven analytic products within CSET’s Lines of Research
• Leading the analytic support for a Line of Research by the Data Science team: managing projects, identifying priorities, fostering cross-team communication, and effectively leveraging CSET data resources
• Supporting research through ownership of quantitative projects, including but not limited to identifying and evaluating data sources, preparing data for analysis, applying appropriate methods to draw inferences from data, and conducting reviews of code and analysis
• Writing and otherwise contributing to CSET research
• Developing data visualizations for use in presentations, reports, and interactive tools
• Communicating, in written and verbal formats, CSET’s research findings to a range of audiences, including contributing to DC briefings and events
• Monitoring developments in AI, ML, biotechnology, and national security policy
• Contributing to CSET’s organizational development, including contributing to internal working groups, seminars, and discussions; and supporting and mentoring colleagues
• Upholding CSET’s mission, values and culture.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years of experience with quantitative analysis (from coursework or professional work) and 1+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization (from coursework or professional work)
• Ability to process and analyze data, interpret it, and present findings for a broad audience
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, demonstrated through presentations, reports, papers, or publications
• Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative team environment
• Motivation, enthusiasm and self-drive
