Information Governance Manager

Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Governance Manager to oversee and enhance our information governance framework. Responsibilities
Develop and implement an information governance framework and strategy.
Monitor compliance with information governance policies and applicable regulations.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of the information management practices.
Oversee data classification, retention schedules, and privacy compliance.
Provide guidance and training to staff on information governance best practices.
Collaborate with IT to ensure data security and risk management protocols are enforced.
Serve as the primary point of contact for information governance-related inquiries and issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in information governance, data management, or compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and industry standards.
Proficient in information governance tools and frameworks.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Job Title: Teacher of Computer Science & Information Technology - Level 2 to Level 5

Salary: £24-28 pound per hour

Ongoing contract: Full time - 25.5 hours a week
