Your Role
TfGM are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join an expanding team to support the business on a large and varied capital delivery programme.
The successful candidate will manage the flow of incoming and outgoing information across a variety of projects, engaging with site teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Along with the team, you will administer and operate the Document Control systems and processes to support project delivery, providing training to project teams and ensuring accurate and appropriate records are kept.

Working in a friendly team of Information Management professionals you’ll be working directly for the Programme Information Manager in the Projects Group Function.

What you’ll bring

You will have experience in a Document Controller role on projects, working in an Engineering/Construction environment. You will have experience in using Electronic Document & Record Management Systems (EDRMS) such as SharePoint Online, Asite, ViewPoint for Projects and Microsoft Office 365 software.
You will be extremely organised, with excellent attention to detail and be capable of carrying out tasks efficiently, methodically and accurately. You will be able to make a positive contribution to teams, with equal ability to work effectively both on your own initiative and without close supervision. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders using a variety of forms of communication.

- A salary of £31,915 - £36,683 per annum depending on skills and experience
