North Ayrshire Council is recruiting a Technology Officer to work within the Datacentre Team supporting the delivery of the council's technology strategy.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in supporting, maintaining, and improving the council's current infrastructure solutions across our Corporate and Education environments, while providing technical support, solutions, and guidance to other teams within IT Services.
The successful candidate will have indepth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems. SAN storage, VMware, M365, Active Directory and enterprise backup solutions, Solaris/Linux experience would be advantageous. As a member of the Datacenter Team, you will have responsibility for delivering high quality, efficient and effective infrastructure solutions focusing and prioritising the customer experience.
