JOB SUMMARY

This job provides Information Security and Risk Management services for the Organization. Works with peers within security, HM Health Solutions customers and application teams to ensure alignment with current and future security needs. Manages activities of various Information Security personnel. Makes decisions on personnel actions (promotions, hiring, terminations, etc.). Develops talent, addresses resource management, cultivates capabilities of staff, planning and coordination of work, and managing performance. Conducts the oversight of security technology products for network, systems, and data. Controls expenses within the operating unit and is responsible for meeting budget goals. Actively contributes to the Information Security ans Risk Management (ISRM) strategic planning process by working with the Directors to develop and implement department strategic plans and action steps that support the corporate strategic objectives. Actively involved in the coordination, implementation, problem solving, communication, and training of new technologies and processes, as they are developed and moved into the environment. Develops and presents Information Security awareness and training programs.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform management responsibilities including, but not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions; coaching and development; rewards and recognition; performance management and staff productivity.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
• Provide oversight of all aspects of project management to ensure continuous improvement of processes: negotiate and collaborate with leadership and staff to develop security solutions and options; develop and adhere to internal standards and strategies; ensure adherence to approved methodologies; coordinate resources, time, contingency plans and risk management.
• Provide leadership to the department: lead and champion organizational change; encourage participation in activities that support relationship development; champion information security innovation; encourage and enforce proper training in regards to security issues.
• Ensure compliance to Corporate and Information Security policies, standards and  procedures.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization: facilitate meetings; plan, design and provide presentations; represent HM Health Solutions with outside entities; prepare divisional procedures, policies, reports and correspondence;  spread awareness of new and existing security threats; provide oversight regarding metrics, funding, budgets and resources.

EDUCATION

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Systems,  Information Assurance, Computer Science or related field

Substitutions 

• 6 years of relevant experience substitution for a Bachelor's Degree

EXPERIENCE

Required

• 7 - 10 years in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management and/or Information Technology

The PGS Learning Technology & Solutions (LT&S) Lead is responsible for leading a team of individual contributors who provide global expertise to the PGS network focused on Learning Management System (LMS) and related technology. The LT&S Team Lead serves as the overall PGS business owner / representative for the Pfizer LMS, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of the global PGS LMS. The LT&S Lead represents PGS on the Enterprise Technology Steering Committee and sponsors the PGS global LMS forum (CoP) to drive excellence and compliance, including effective adoption of best practices.

The LT&S Team is an integral part of the PGS Personnel and Training Management Process Center of Excellence (COE) and partners with sites and functions to establish, manage and execute a digital learning roadmap for PGS. In addition, the LT&S team ensures global training programs/solutions are developed to support colleague readiness and that appropriate learning methods and technologies are used for delivery. To enable the Learning Vision, the LT&S team conducts external benchmarking, evaluates business trends, and works with Pfizer digital partners to determine innovative systems and tools that meeting PGS’ evolving needs.

How You Will Achieve It

Serve as the Business Owner for the PGS Learning Management System:

• Serve as the PGS business owner for the Pfizer LMS, partnering with the Enterprise Process Owner to assure the enterprise strategy effectively represents PGS needs.

• Partner with Digital, Quality, Compliance, and the sites to ensure an effective continuous improvement strategy of the LMS system and technologies.

• Actively support Regulatory and internal audits and can effectively represent the PGS LMS system.

• Represent PGS on system upgrades, assuring input to / review of user requirements, evaluation of new features / functions, execution of testing, and development of training materials.

• Sponsor the PGS PLA Community of Practice (CoP) that drives collaboration and adoption of best practices and solves system issues. Guides the team on proper escalation to CoE (center of Excellence) when support is warranted.

• Communicates with LPOs and system administrators about issues with and changes to the LMS.

• Review / approve Enterprise requests for PGS Security Roles.

Build and maintain an LMS and technology strategy and roadmap that is fit for purpose:

• Partners with CoE and stakeholders to establish, manage and execute a digital learning roadmap for PGS. Puts forward business cases that support the roadmap and channels investments wisely.

• Define and implement network strategies, methods, and tools to promote effective and efficient learning solutions and technology.

• Sponsor or lead use cases/pilots for new methods and tools that improve delivery and effectiveness of training.

Provide leadership, coaching and support for the Learning Solutions and Technology team:

• Leads the group to ensure that appropriate eLearning is developed using good instructional design principles and fit for purpose tools that promote speed and efficiencies. Ensures appropriate training modalities.

• Provides guidance, support, development, prioritization and coaching to direct reports to ensure the team is delivering on objectives with high impact.

The Role

As a Field Research Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a team of full-time researchers capturing data that supports CoStar Group products.  CoStar Group researchers collect data, research, and imagery on assigned commercial properties to capture the features and highlights of each building.  CoStar Group customers rely on our team to offer content that drives real estate transactions.  As a Field Research Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that researchers are always meeting both production and quality standards.  Meeting deadlines for our internal clients is a critical part of your responsibilities.  Working in the field with each of your researchers throughout the month to ensure best practices are implemented and provide coaching and mentoring is required. This role will be based in market.

Responsibilities:

• Build, train, mentor, and coach a growing team of 8-10 professional field researchers.
• Daily review of the team’s production measured against KPI metrics.
• Spend quality time in the field with local and regional team members to demonstrate best practice with data collection, time management and overall efficiency.
• Review incoming data and imagery to determine its quality relative to standards and guidelines.
• Provide constructive and actionable feedback to team members to meet both production and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

This role is accountable for any program or strategic tactic to drive provider performance in the domains of provider technology and provider cost solutions and operations. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and own the provider interoperability strategy and multiyear roadmap with ED&A, PHE, and enGen, eliminating duplicative capabilities that exist across the enterprise today. 
• Lead the implementation roadmap for Epic Payer Platform (EPP) and Availity, and other future technology deployment and value realization initiatives. Identify next set of providers for given technology adoption and associated savings realization.
• Integrate strategic providers’ technology roadmaps with Highmark technology roadmap. Need to understand provider and Highmark technology landscapes and tools such as Epic Payer Platform (EPP), data feeds, Health Information Exchange, HEDIS Engine, Google Cloud.
• Develop and implement provider cost strategies, such as shared purchasing/services, payer-provider admin cost solutions, and shared risk capabilities, with the goal of reducing administrative costs at providers.
• Leverage a structured cost solutions opportunity assessment approach considering market conditions and capabilities to deliver provider cost repositioning. 
• Oversee the team that works with CIO technology teams at strategic providers to organize and define a joint roadmap for data ingestion, interoperability, shared data repository, and path for solution prescription within EMRs for greater C2V value.
• Maintain market view of leading practices and unique cost structures in the industry.
• Assist in developing a value-based hospital model and method of best practice sharing across the community.
• Develop and maintain payment process simplification inclusive of cost reduction efforts across multiple provider networks.
• Maintain shared services programs between various providers.
• Oversee the shared risk capabilities, considering market conditions.
• Partner closely with team of leaders with expertise in reimbursement, member alignment, and provider transformation to develop and drive an integrated approach to each designated provider partner.
• Perform management responsibilities to include but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.  Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority. 
• Other duties as assigned or requested.

EXPERIENCE

Required

• 10 years relevant experience in large, complex highly matrixed organization
• 7 years leadership experience
• 7 years of experience in IT, Business, Customer Relationship Management, or related field.
• 7 years in Finance and Accounting
• 3 years in Health Care Provider Operations

• Excellent communication skills and ability to sell roadmap/improvement ideas to a multiplicity of stakeholders across all lines of business.
• Expert industry knowledge with detailed understanding of complex data environments.
